If you guys had to guesstimate, how long until FF12 The Zodiac age gets a sale/price drop?

I never got to beat the game on PS2 due to a corrupted memory card, but I don't know if I wanna pay $50 for it right now.

Paid $32 at launch on Amazon due to a price error a while ago.

As far as a legit sale, probably this fall at some point.

If you've got GCU, you can get it for $40 at BB, but yeah, even that's a bit steep imo for a remaster of one game. If you were lucky enough to get the Steelbook version for that price, it helps a little.

I don't have GCU, but I have an unused Amazon Prime trial that I'm kinda saving for whenever I decide to blow all my credit. But I'd still like to get good deals if possible. That is, after all, the CAG way.

I would bet it will see a $30 price point around black Friday.. that's only $10 better than the Prime price and you can nab the steelbook with it which if it is truly limited won't be around then.

I still have the US PS2 version lying around somewhere but the changes seemed substantial enough to me to warrant the $40 especially since I was able to get a steelbook version which I didn't expect to actually be a limited edition. The ability to fast forward alone makes a huge difference to me. All JRPGs need this feature especially the grind-heavy ones.

Has anyone used their Sony Reward points to get a PSN card lately?  And if so, did you get your code instantly?

I've been getting the $10 PSN codes from them for years, and I've always had access to the code on the order confirmation screen.  But last night I ordered a $20 code (to use on the Fallen Legion pre-order), but there was no link on the confirmation screen, and when I check my order it says "In Review".

Just wondering what others' experiences have been.

I've always gotten mine within minutes and I've been using it for years. Last one I got was a month or two ago.

Inside is fantastic (played it on Xbox) though always a reminder to those who care its a super short and pretty simple platformer. I hated Snake Pass on Switch and can't figure out controls; the whole hook is that it's supposed to emulate "snake physics" so I suppose I can't fault it for doing what it's supposed to. Is Cosmic Star Heroine good? I thought it was supposed to get a Limited Run release but didn't see it on the site.

Anybody else that pre-ordered Fallen Legion on PS4 not able to download it? The game has the lock icon in my library and I'm able to select "download" but nothing happens. Rebooted the PS4 several times and still having the same issue.

Even though the price isn't all that great, I would definitely recommend The Talos Principle: Deluxe Edition ($17.49). The satisfaction of completing a challenging puzzle is a good feeling.

The same thing happened with FFXIV's Episode Prompto for people who owned the Season Pass, so it seems to be a recurring theme with pre-ordered "bundle" type games.

Talos is a great game. First person puzzle solving [sort of like portal, but you have different tricks in your disposal rather than a portal gun'. Looks great, the mode/story is well done [what am i? is this a sim? what is going on?]. Puzzles are great, some quite difficult, and there are even hidden ones around.

It's worth 17 but if you're on the fence wait for the next sale. If this genre is your thing, just splurge.

Has anyone played the Amnesia collection?   I can't decide if I liked 'horror' games.  I absolutely love horror movies, and I really loved the Siren games.   I liked RE4...   but got bored of RE7 even though it was good.  I finished Outlast, but got sick of hiding in things.   Didn't finish Soma, though it was okay.   Love Dead Space.

So how is the Amnesia Collection?  Is it 'hide in the closet', the game like some others are?

Has anyone played the Amnesia collection? I can't decide if I liked 'horror' games. I absolutely love horror movies, and I really loved the Siren games. I liked RE4... but got bored of RE7 even though it was good. I finished Outlast, but got sick of hiding in things. Didn't finish Soma, though it was okay. Love Dead Space.

So how is the Amnesia Collection? Is it 'hide in the closet', the game like some others are?

By what you've said here I would hazard a guess that Amnesia would probably be pretty boring for you. Seems to me you want something with a little action to keep you going and Amnesia is all atmosphere.

I'm pretty sure the IZJS version has 2x, but I think this version has 4x. It's a solid feature, just don't think it's worth $40.

Did the FFX collection implement a similar feature on PS4 or was that only the Steam version?

Talos is a great game. First person puzzle solving [sort of like portal, but you have different tricks in your disposal rather than a portal gun'. Looks great, the mode/story is well done [what am i? is this a sim? what is going on?]. Puzzles are great, some quite difficult, and there are even hidden ones around.

It's worth 17 but if you're on the fence wait for the next sale. If this genre is your thing, just splurge.

From watching some videos it looks like The Witness is pretty similar. I'm thinking of getting that even if it is a bit pricey.
