What are the chances that PSP games go on sale in the PS Store or drop in price? I've been eyeing Trails in the Sky SC and Lunar Silver Star Harmony for for a while now but I don't think I've ever seen either as part of a sale.

I want to say Lunar has been on sale at some point not too long ago, maybe at the beginning of 2017.

I know it's been on sale a long time ago because I bought it.

Rats... never saw that. Stinks there's no price drop/sale notifications on the PS Store. It's priced at $15 now so I was wondering if they dropped it. I think it was $20 at some point.

Not necessarily as it seems to be random. Someone reported having bought a PS4 at launch and getting the $10 code in a dedicated thread on the subject. I got my Uncharted 4 Slim bundle back in February and haven't gotten the free $10.

EDIT: I've spent so much on digital games that were on sale since I got my PS4 to be fair. So I guess Sony figures I don't need the free $10, lol.

I got PSVR for Christmas so trying to build my library for it. Eve Valkyrie always caught my eye when PSVR launched so is Eve: Warzone the same game? Also is there a difference between REZ Infinate and Rez Infinate Holiday promo? Just want to make sure it gives full game? Thanks

Nothing happened. They didn't tie it into the other game at all. It's just a separate unrelated story and had no bigger impact on the universe of LiS. The only thing they did to throw fans of the other game a bone is to include that few seconds after the choice percentage screen.

Episodes 1 and 2 were mostly strong, but 3 had no stakes and moved so slowly with a storyline that wasn't even really introduced until the last second of episode 2.

Not surprised the leak turned out to be real for the reasons I mentioned before. Deus Ex is one of those games I've purposefully avoided when it was on sale cause I know SE's track record. Telltale stuff I just don't buy in general anymore cause I feel games like Life is Strange and Until Dawn have came and offered similar experiences except significantly better. I wish TT would go back to the drawing board with their stuff, I still enjoy 'em but they could be so much better.

Anyone here know much about the Psycho-pass VN? I watched like half the anime and enjoyed the visuals a lot but the story never grabbed me.

Get them both, that’s what I did. Warzone just has all the free updates so yes it’s the game plus more. And the Res holiday bundle is the same. It’s Rez Infinite plus some bonus stuff.

I love the anime but i went with the english dub. This game only contains the original VA. Originally threw me off but now I dont have an excuse not to see this through

I 100% agree. I have 4 or 5 TT games and they all seem pretty damn similar. I haven't finished any of them. Don't want to buy more unless they are dirty cheap ( 1 to 2 bucks) and even then I don't know. They're just carbon copies and very predictable. Until Dawn in comparison was a lot of fun and made me want to replay the game several times.

The only surefire way to know when a PSP game will go on sale is to bit the bullet and buy it at full price. It will be 90% off within 3 months.

Source: My purchases of ZHP, Gladiator Begins, Jeanne d'Arc, and many more.

I desperately want some of the Socom, Burnout, and Eye of Legends on PSP. They will -never- go on sale. Never, ever. Until I breakdown and buy them full price, at which point, everyone else gets them for 99 cents.

Occasionally PSP games are on sale, for instance several square enix games on sale as a part of the holiday sale. Trails in the Sky 1 has been on sale 5 times and SC has been on sale a couple of times. Lunar Silver Harmony has also been on sale a couple of times, one of those earlier this year.

 
Mankind Divided has great gameplay and even better mission designs, but the story and world in Human Revolution was far more interesting.

Plus mankind divided has a very unsatisfying ending that feels like the game just stops right when things were getting interesting...

But I do get all of the "hey, don't you want to play this new game that you're not interested in, even remotely" emails. Damnit, Sony!

I've attempted several times to sign up for daily digest e-mail of this thread, but it doesn't work.  Anyone else having issues?  I used to get it every day.  I've unfollowed, re-followed, several times.  Nothing.  I missed the flash sale because this is how I used to get all my PSN news.  (Actually I discovered the flash sale when it was about to end in 5 minutes, and I was not able to complete purchase because the PSN iOS app is terrible.)

 
I know at least one other person here posted that they did all of the trials required for the 15% off coupon on Sony Rewards, but had yet to receive their code. I received a response today from Sony Rewards and was able to get mine. I still never got the actual email with the code, but here's how to find the code in your account:

After completing a Trial Blazer Pass, please allow up to 5 business days to receive your 15% discount code for the PlayStation Store. Your discount code will be delivered via email.

If you did not receive the email containing your discount code, don't worry! Your discount code can also be found within your Sony Rewards account. Please follow the instructions below to locate your discount code within your Sony Rewards account:

The one time I got a $10 coupon, I hadn't turned on my PS in nearly three weeks. When I finally logged on, I saw the credit, then realized it had expired the day before.

I cried. Ever since then, I've been waiting to receive another one (and logging in every so often just to be sure), but no dice.

What? No - never in person. I got lucky with the Dell deal and now I'm getting cocky. I've never had confidence/self-esteem before so is that the same as entitlement? I justify it by the fact that I have nothing, so I've got nothing to lose.

It's not like they're going out of business anytime soon. They're still getting my money in the end. Ultimately, they're the winners in this scenario.

The games all in unique universes with different stories are carbon copies? That’s dumb. Go play your games and then tell us what you think of them but obviously you haven’t spent enough time to say the GOT game and the Borderlands are the same.

I got an email from Sony promoting the expansion pack to the first Destiny, which I already have. Way better than stupid codes.
