Started up Braid since I don't feel like jumping into anything big tonight.  All of sudden 3 hours are gone and I've got all the puzzle pieces.

Damn that game is awesome.  Now I remember why it's my favorite downloadable game evar.

If I pre-order a digital game from Best Buy, when am I likely to get it? I assume on the date the game is released, but would I be getting at like, noon on the day it comes out or around midnight or what?

I would assume it would depend on the game. Some games have midnight release events so you can go get it then, but otherwise you'd have to wait until they open on the day of release and pick it up.

Unless you mean ordering online, in which case it's obviously dependent on when the mail comes.

I mean ordering a digital code online. They're going to email me the digital code, was just wondering if I should stay up to get it so that it will be downloaded when I wake up tomorrow or whether I should just assume they'll email it sometime later in the day at which point I won't wait for it.

Oh, digitally, I'm afraid I have no idea about that. In my experience BB has always been super quick about emailing codes (be them stuff you ordered or got as a bonus for buying something else), but I've never pre-ordered something that way so I don't know. I would imagine it would get sent out whenever their computers flip over to the day of release, which could be a few hours before/after midnight depending on what time zone you're in.

 
Is Big Red considered creme soda? I randomly tried it once and it might as well be sold as "slightly flavored water". It was pretty nasty.

I tried searching online to figure out wtf was going on... Did EU get a digital AND physical release? I see posts about it being cross buy all over the place in regard to the EU version.. maybe physical only version? Regardless, kinda BS that they get a physical copy and we dont, and SUPER BS that its cross buy and we have to double dip?

I guess i wont be picking this up despite the fact that it looks good. The grandia style combat looked neat, but thats bullshit that theyre double charging US gamers for no discernible reason.

You got all the good Square games. I started playing Vagrant Story today not having played it since its original release and I cannot believe how much Square's games today pale in comparison to the games from those days. If you haven't played it, the setting is kind of similar to Final Fantasy Tactics', and the composer is also the same guy who did FFT's soundtrack. The writing is superb. Hopefully everyone picks up those great PSone games and more of them like Front Mission 3 go on sale.
 
hmm What the hell. I already own Symphonia CE, AND a regular copy, but im seriously considering picking up the digital version.. $10 is friggin hard to beat. Someone talk me outa it!

btw: Is this the lowest the vita Atelier games have been? Blea too many good deals here

Ive been waiting forever for vanguard bandits to go on sale. I actually think FM3 did go on sale a while back. Pretty sure i own it and i usually only buy these when they're on sale
