No I understand that part. I'm worried you might have trouble redeeming them to your PSN account all at once because I believe the stack limit is 3 years. So if you have 8 years of cards, I don't know what you can do with the remaining 5 years.

Riviera is specifically listed and sold through the PS Store on the side for PSTV compatible games under the Classics section. I quick searched it and yes it's compatible and it had english voices. I don't know if it has the original Japanese as an option. I do own the game, but don't have it installed right now.

EDIT:

Downloaded Riviera and installed it to my Vita... upon starting the game it asks if you want English or Japanese voices and that the option couldn't be changed back and fourth in the middle of a game. This happens even before anything else in the game. Text is all English.

PlayStation Now is officially coming to PC. They're also going to release a DualShock 4 wireless adapter for PC in early September for $24.99.

Sega's idea in the past to put the DC on a chip and sell it as part of a package for PC's and DVD players at the time was a smarter idea imo.

What came from that? I never heard of it. I imagine that in a decade or so, there will be cheap replicas for it like the atGames version of Genesis.

Between the flash sale and the atlus games last weekend, I spent a little too much on PSN buying mostly PSP and Vita games. I see these off weeks as a major blessing... especially as September is going to be the first month in a very long time where I actually get many games at launch.

If you have no games to play and are tempted to buy a bunch of full price games, then buy one single full price game you desperately want to play and just play it (or hit GS or something and grab a cheap used game). There will be another sale next week and the week after and the week after... some of these weeks are just much better than others. If you have a backlog then play something you already own.
