Anyone pick up Slain for PS4? Really interested in this game, especially with a Vita version coming in November (with cross buy). I wish they would have offered a bigger discount at launch, 10℅ is kinda weak, but I may bite anyway because of cross buy.

Regarding the question about a good set of headphones for the PS4, I highly recommend the Gold headset. I use mine with my PS4, PS3, and Vita and love it.

Apparently the dev has turned the game around after a negative reception at launch on Steam. I was disappointed by all the negativity at first because I had really been looking forward to the game due to being a huge heavy metal fan. Probably pick it up soon now that it's on PS4 and patched up.

Update on this for anyone curious...so far India is not as good as China. I've already encountered a ridiculous timed mission with an automatic fail state of being seen and the game punishes you for silent assassinations that are almost necessary to complete that mission without tearing your hair out.

Personally, I thought AC: India was the weakest of the 3 and AC: China was the best.

I platinumed the trilogy, so I played through all 3 quite a bit, and I really enjoyed the India entry. I thought the inclusion of more traditional assassin creed tools made it quite a bit easier than China. Russia on the other hand is the weakest entry imo.. playing as a character with limited abilities for half the game was such a bad idea and the trophies in Russia will have you buying a new controller.. Also keep in mind if you are buying all 3 individual games that you do not get a platinum where the complete trilogy you do.

$50 really isn't that great of a deal.. Xbox Live, which has been $60 forever, sees sales around $40 all the time.. so I assume PS+ will see something close. If you need one right now then maybe buy one and watch for a deal throughout the year and stock up then as I'm sure you could do better than $50.

If it is a game I'm not sure about.. I'm fine to have it free..

But there are some games that I'd rather have owned outright instead of grabbed free, Still like Dragon's Crown, Dragon's Dogma, etc etc.. I feel would have been better to buy, instead of getting a well, glorified rental so to speak.

Either way, I get it's a damn good service and I do enjoy seeing what they offer and the sales.
