People got their retail game in Tropico, which is a great game btw, though a little niche in the audience that will appreciate it. Tabletop racing looks like a fun arcade racer. And Switch Galaxy Ultra looks like a fun racer in the vein of wipeout meets amplitude.. great month for PS4, Vita and PS3 owners not so much especially since Bionic Commando Rearmed was in a recent sale.

and tropico 5 has held its value pretty well, its just recently been on amazon warehouse deals for slightly less than $30 and preowned/new prices are the same at gamestop. glad it didnt drop low enough for me to buy it since its going to be free.

I haven't played the game since around it's release but I remember it being pretty tough, but not impossible.. so I have no tips, just keep at it.. also I think I read it was made easier via a patch.

Only thing this Golden Week sale has done for me is let me find 16 signatures that I can X out.

Loco Roco Chimichanga for May? Ugh...I already have it but it's a game that somehow cancelled out the infinity joy of Loco Roco.

What are people's thoughts on Omega Quintet? I thought the original Neptunia was a terrible game, and totally not worth the time I put into clearing it. I've avoided that whole franchise even though I've heard they made things better. On the flip side though I quite enjoyed FairyFF, although I wasn't willing to invest the time to grind out the platinum trophy for it.

I beat the thing a few days before I heard about the patch. I basically had to repeat the flipping thing a few dozen times before I got lucky :p
 
What type of random crap is this? Atlus puts only Digital Devil Saga Part 1 on sale? No Digital Devil Saga 2, Nocturne, Devil Summoner 1 & 2, Persona 3 and Persona 4? Was it just picked out of a hat?

Really? I haven't kept up in news, but the game will preload on the PS4 they might as well preload it now (the cats out of the bag). It would be crazy to not preload the patch too. Then again this is the video game industry, after buying season passes you still have to go to the store to purchase it for free. PS4 is a little better then the (very bloated) XBone, at least there is the related items.
 
Was looking at conception 2, looks boring and like a cheap persona.

Ragnarok Ace. looks really repetitive from what I played once.

Senran Kagura, looks perverted as hell. Don't see myself ever playing this.

Maybe neptunia 3, didn't like Neptunia 1 though.

 
Think I'm gonna pick up all the mega man games I don't already own digitally. I have all of them physically but playing them on my vita might be nice. Has anyone played Legends or Tron Bonne on Vita? How do they play?

e. should i also pick up Hatoful Boyfriend? Is that a good vita game?

If you want some potential spoilers:

Season 3 will take place around the same time as the current issues of the comic that are coming out now, which are about four years after the initial outbreak while S1 and S2 were near the beginning through the first winter, I believe. So Clementine will be a couple of years older whenever she appears. Robert Kirkman also says that it'll tie into the comics more than the first two seasons have done so far due to the change in timeline.

Feel free to hope, but it's definitely not happening. Sony wouldn't have invested over a billion dollars into PS Now just to make a system backwards compatible with physical games. Not trying to be a bummer but it's just realistically not happening.

onechanbara z2, the Banana Split edition costumes.. Is that the same as the $3 "Strawberry and Banana" DLC? 

Edit: Ok, watched a review of the Banana Split edition and the video shows the pre-order DLC, in game being named the same as the $3 DLC.

Probably going to see the other stuff in an upcoming sale since that seems to be the pattern that they do part and leave part out and then the next sale it's flipped. Only thing I can figure unless they felt they would have to discount some farther than they wanted in comparison to something else they were putting on sale.

I'd like to thank Tecmo for this demo, because when I played it the very first enemy I met kicked my ass 10 times in a row. I know now that I never need to bother with this game again. :p

 
How is Korra or YuGiOh for those sales prices? Was into YuGiOh waaay back when, might want to try getting into it again. ANd Korra had bad reviews, but maybe they're not $5 bad?

Korra's hard to recommend. It's got standard Platinum combat and is a decent fan service type game but it's definitely a budget game and not particularly good.

Curious about Yu-Gi-Oh as well since I know some folks were real hyped for it when it came out.

I hate when a game goes on sale but the sale price is ridiculous so then I don't get the game but now it's in my thoughts so I feel like I'm missing something by not having it

Yugioh is fantastic. Played all the way up to XYZ's then I stopped. Excellent game!

...If you're trying to get back into YuGiOh after not following it for a long while, then you definitely want to get caught up on all of the changes that have been made to the game first. Heaven help you if you happened to stop pre-Synchro.

They play pretty well, although in Legends' case you're going to need to customize the control scheme to make up for the lack of shoulder buttons.

 
Been loving the Ratchet and Clank game reboot...ashame the movie sounds awful. Might have used the kids as an excuse to see it.

Now I'll wait for a rental.
