Why wouldn't it work? You just get normal PSN credit from it that works like any of the pre-paid codes you can buy in-store.
Oh shit, you are right. I rechecked my email - that 100/15 code is a 12 digit one. I thought it was just a coupon code.

That means I can get Zestiria for $40... I shall wait until BF though...

Am I correct that we could use this 10% coupon on Just cause 3 or Rainbow six since both release on December 1st midnight EST (I guess, that's kinda my question since you cannot use a coupon on preorders but by midnight it would be released no ?) and this coupon works until December 1st noon ?

Yes, I did that.

WWE 2k16 came out right at midnight.

I was able to add to cart the second it was released and use 10% off.

Make sure it's "Day 1 Digital"

Will the 10% off stack with the 20% off coupon I just got with my PS4? I was already planning to use the 20% off to get the Battlefront season pass and whatever goes on sale on Black Friday, but another 10% off would be amazing.

Playing any game is going to heat up the PS4, because the processor has to do work to render it. A digital game may produce less heat than physical because the console won't have to use any power to spin the optical drive, but I'd be very surprised if the difference was significant.
Every game on the PS4 is installed onto the hard drive, even the physical ones. After the initial install, every time you start your game, the disc will spin for less than a minute to authenticate and then it will stop spinning altogether. No worries about over-heating from the disc spinning around.

To put the Black Friday Flash Sale question to bed:

"The one-time use only 10% Storewide Coupon can be combined with all upcoming sales and offers throughout their promotion windows (including any Black Friday deals that may or may not be coming your way *wink, wink). So choose wisely, but don’t wait too long – all qualifying purchases must be made by December 1, 2015."

i was gonna buy sf ultra 2day but since there will b a bfri sale ill wait so can use the 10% on a full order including sf ultra

What a... ho hum sale. I can't even really comment about it.

Kane and Lynch are solid buys. Extremely underrated. Not great. Kinda grim but not really grimderp. Mostly just two desperate dudes making nonstop bad choices they HOPE improve things but usually don't*. Both K&L1 and 2 have some really effective dramatic moments. Weak endings but at least they aren't betrayals.

Warning: if you play Kane and Lynch 2, the freeway/escort the Japanese dude mission suuuuuuuucks. They didn't properly balance the guns and that's the last mission you are using low tier guns so the guns feel incredibly weak all throughout that level. Get beyond there and they start dropping higher tier guns and the game really kicks it into gear. I enjoyed it but that level was a massive speedbump.

Final Exam is a co-op DMC style side-scrolling beat-em-up with zombies. It certainly isn't half as good as Dishwasher but it's worth a look. Same guys who made Obscure.

*Trivia: Their most recent bad decision was showing up in the criminally underrated Hitman Absolution in two cameos where it was in 47's best interests to kill them. Hell, I am pretty sure almost nobody even noticed that Lynch at the gun range was supposed to be a puzzle or not. (He had all the shotgun rounds, which would have been handy to beat the gun shop owner's daughter at the shooting game to get your guns back and complete the level. Of course I can't blame them. Why not just STEAL them back, it is a stealth game after all...)

Can't comment about the ho hum sale but can throw a wall of text at us regarding the ho hum games. Ok...

OK, I wasn't sure if some games still streamed content off the disc or not. If they all fully install, then you are right, there's no difference between playing a physical and digital game.

This is what I'm still wondering. I'm betting they won't stack, but I guess there's no harm in trying.

Would like to echo RollingSkull in recommending Kane and Lynch. Very fun for co-op, though I recommend playing on easy since the shaky camera takes a little getting used to. And some levels are just designed for frustration.

Idk if anyone's mentioned it, but if you were dumb enough to buy Afro Samurai, everyone's getting refunds and it's being purged from libraries, both on consoles and PC.

Gonna wait till Black Friday and use the ten percent coupon but gonna buy Metal Slug X and Bust a move four for my pstv. At 1.60 each can't lose.

So bad that they cancelled the rest of the episodes, are issuing refunds, and are wiping it from all distribution services and libraries.
I bet this game has a really interesting story behind it. It's already strange enough to see a modestly successful series spring to life after seven or so years with a game focusing on a secondary character, but just skimming through that video... wow. There are elements in the presentation that indicate some level of actual effort; did they buy the assets to an abandoned sequel and try to crap out the rest of the game as quickly as possible?

Sweet Mary. I made it through a third of that video, and officially could no longer even.

Seriously, how? HOW did that game get the greenlight on every single checkpoint?

I got the vibe that it was an effort to hold onto the adaptation rights on the cheap or something. Kinda like the Roger Corman Fantastic Four movie.

But honestly, the way that thing was shit out with absolutely no fanfare or marketing of any kind, it was an obvious stinker from the get-go.

As an aside, the first Afro Samurai game was actually pretty decent. Metal Gear Rising's cutting mode/tech totally ripped it off.

I'm having a hard time with resident evil 4. I thought it was going to control easier like 5 but it is more like REmake.

I usually power through legendary games so i can experience them for myself but i dunno...maybe i should change the difficulty to easy so i can at least make it through

You should always be Evie because she's awesome, also think of it as a bonus that there are two Evie's!

I liked the first Afro game, it's one of those action games that you play thru and get a few hours out. Like someone else said, I bet the story behind the development is more entertaining. I saw this on the store the other day and couldn't believe an Afro Samurai anything came out. That video though, my god....

Just make them upon up a copy of Guitar Hero for you.
Heh i wish that would work =P

I don't remember about The Order (only played it once at release), but Tomb Raider's are ones with a larger circle that shrinks around a smaller circle and when they meet is when you have to press the button (that's a terrible description, but hopefully makes sense).

Oh, wait! I know which one you want - Valiant Hearts: The Great War (PS+). Check out the video "Valiant Hearts - Healing Karl QTE" on youtube (sorry, I don't know how to embed videos).
Hmm i've seen that circle thing in some games before. That could work, but its not as good as what i mentioned. Ah found the video you mentioned. Yea that would work pretty damn great i think. I"m assuming theres some kind of indicator for when you miss right? The guy in the video never missed. Question is how far in the game do i have to play to get one of those scenes

Lufia II: Rise of the Sinistrals one of my all time favorite RPGs!
I really regret not buying that game several years back. It was around 70ish bucks complete or so and i thought that was too high. Friggin thing is like $170 complete now >_< Dont think i'll shell out that much for it

http://www.redacted-studios.org/

There's the developer's website, which suggests that this is a team that was in way over their head in trying to make this ambitious of a game. They call themselves an "Interactive Product Design firm" and that they can make a game "in less time and for considerably less cost than internal teams" that seems to be what happened to Afro Samurai 2. They didn't have the proper time, money, and resources to make a quality game and they hoped that people would buy it anyway to help fund further chapters, which obviously didn't happen when most reasonable people refused to touch the game for the $45 they were charging.

10tons (Crimsonland) is releasing a sequel to Tennis in the Face called Baseball Riot that will be out on PS4 and Vita in January. Seems to be an ID@Xbox exclusivity deal with Xbox One getting it next month.

Will the 14 day psn trial let me get the discount pricing? Also generally speaking is the black Friday or next of the year sales better? I just got a ps4 and lookingto spend :whistle2:D

Yeah, there are no limits to the trial besides the obvious time limit. You could wait until Friday to better assess the deals.

If you miss, the screen shakes a bit and gets more blood spatter. That particular scene is in Chapter 4 which is the last chapter of the game, but the first one of those sequences I believe is in Chapter 2: Mission 8 (one really short one); there are a couple longer ones in Mission 10 which would probably work better. You should be able to get to that part in a couple hours I would think (if you use a video guide, you can probably get to it in an hour and change).
