10Tons is a great developer of small games.  I love most of the games they publish.  Cool to see them still pumping out the games.  I'll buy Baseball Riot.

Shakedown Hawaii looks right up my alley.  I love the upgraded 16bit-esque graphics.  I'll be happy to buy that whenever it comes out.  Glad they are putting it on vita.

I watched a little of that Afro Samurai 2 video... talk about broken.  That made every game people usually blast like Superman 64 and ET look amazing.  (for the record, I enjoyed ET back in the 80's and finished it many times over)

 
Ive been out of the gaming loop for some time so I have a question for you guys. In regards to this "co-op sale", are there any particular games here that I could play split screen with my 5yr old son that aren't overly difficult? Thanks

I really hope that with the PS2 emulation being confirmed now, both Frequency and Amplitude need to be released before the new one comes out.

Divekick might be a good choice as a 2D Fighter with only two buttons (jump and kick) that should be easy to grasp.

10tons (Crimsonland) is releasing a sequel to Tennis in the Face called Baseball Riot that will be out on PS4 and Vita in January. Seems to be an ID@Xbox exclusivity deal with Xbox One getting it next month.

Tennis In The Face is actually not too bad for an Angry Birds type clone. I can't imagine this new one being a whole lot different.

Rayman Legends gets difficult at times but there's never a penalty if one player dies and the other stays alive. Fantastic soundtrack and looks like a cartoon.
 
Beware, the Dying Light season pass price will increase on December 8th due to the size of the upcoming The Following expansion.  I'm hoping that the Dying Light Ultimate Edition is part of the flash sale.

Symbion Project and Freezepop sound like the only worthwhile artists on that tracklist. Now we need them to work out deals with Q-Bert, the guy who did Secret Identity, Powerman 5000, No Doubt "Ex-Girlfriend(Remix", etc. to create a Frequency pack.

Today's biggest news is that Rocket Leagues Winter Games event begins on 12/14 with seven new themed items you can collect before 1/4/16. There is a special Hockey mode that will replace the Mutator playlist for the duration of the event, though you can earn the new items in any mode.

The new DLC pack will be out next week for $3.99 along with the new free Wasteland arena.
 
Sucks that Rocketbirds isn't PSTV compatible. Already have Freedom Wars and with all of the sales and price drops on it lately, I'd imagine most people who wanted it have it.

Guess Gauntlet will be worth a try.
 
What the fuck is wrong with PSN lately? Two in a row now (2 weeks ago and today) when I make a purchase on the website, I get an error message saying it's encountered an error. Now when I want to buy something, I have to do it through the console.

 
I was excited to see SFIV for PS4 on sale, but does it make sense to wait for the Flash Sale? Reason being that 10% off code only works once, right, so if the flash sale has something I want, then I would miss out? Just checking.

very happy about this month's ps+.  Not like i play any of them, good or bad months though. My ps+ backlog is just as absurd as my bought backlog at this point.

This is one time where buying a season pass can feel pretty great. Dying Light's pass was on a pretty good sale a couple months ago. Couple that with the price increase (assuming the content warrants it) and I feel like I really got a nice value.

Of course, I may or may not ever start the game...

 
This is crazy- Black Friday sale not beginning until thanksgiving! Doesn't psn know that everyone loves a shitty deal every day in the weeks leading up to BF

Is your browser up to date? I don't like the newer versions of Firefox so I use an old version because of that I can't check out on the website with FF, I have to use chrome.

Too bad there's no cross-buy on the PS+ list next month, but I appreciate Gauntlet being on the list, I will definitely try that out in co-op.

That particular scene is in Chapter 4 which is the last chapter of the game, but the first one of those sequences I believe is in Chapter 2: Mission 8 (one really short one); there are a couple longer ones in Mission 10 which would probably work better. You should be able to get to that part in a couple hours I would think (if you use a video guide, you can probably get to it in an hour and change).

Thanks. Damn thats pretty far in. Was hoping for something easy to access but if i dont find anything else i guess it will have to work. I think Kickbeat was free on PS+ I seem to recall it had a button timing gameplay model, but i dont think its out on PS4
