haha you know what I mean though. I can't stand 3d movies and don't support it at all. So to see it start coming into games is a real piss off. My eyes are so bad though the 3d doesn't work so I am kind of biased I guess.
Depends on what you mean by 3D.

In games, 3D just means a fully develoepd world where you're not stuck on a 2D plane and will be around for the rest of gaming.,

Now if you mean 3D as in looking like it is going to pop out of the screen.. yea that needs to die.

I love this on many levels.

Kojima leaves Konami, creates his own company, instantly snatches up by Sony.
Sony is pretty much taunting/flaunting they treat their employees better (if only slightly)
Can you expand on that last statement? I have never heard of Sony treating their employees bad( or good ).

Exactly, we don't know how they treat their employees but at the very least they are showing Kojima respect and supporting his endevors.

That's why I added the statement, just incase.

The company is in no way being snatched up by Sony. They are partnering on a game, perhaps more.

It's not like Sony is going to keep him from attending an award show to accept an award (it's a MAJOR award!). Or buy the company.

I'd also guess this had been unofficially in the works for awhile now.

I think you're reading what I meant entirely wrong.

They've already snatched up an exclusive and are partnering with him (which as you said has probably been behind the scenes for weeks)

I also was trying to point out they are already showing him more support than Konami has in a long time, and encourage and support his endevors. While they may not buy the company, they may snatch up more exclusives over time though, kind of like Sony did with a few other companies.

Leaving a CC on file with PSN is the very last thing you want to do.
I've been using a pre-paid CC the entire time I've been buying digital stuff on consoles and don't see what the issue is with that. Any potential hack would only get the small amount on the card at worst and it has the ease of use of any normal CC.

Does TLOU:R still sell for about $13 or so on some other site? If so, which site is it?

I think I may jump on that since it seems like this game is never going to get lower than that price or free on PS+.
I don't know any site that sells this for $13 currently. I ended up caving and bought it from someone on eBay. I had a chance to get it for $12.50 a while back but decided to skip it because I wasn't "ready" to play it then. I just bought it for $19 and I am not "ready" to play it now. The joke's on me I guess.

The price fluctuates. It's low is 12.99 frequently.

Gems of War has a big 2 GB update that's out right now. The changelog:

Feature: New PvP Menu

Feature: Revamped Hero Menu

Feature: Revamped Troops Menu

Flourish: Upgraded card art for all troops

Fixed: Skipping Treasure Hunt Rewards

Fixed: Disenchant Crash

Fixed: Various Task-related crashes

Fixed: Some strings in the store had typoes

Edit: They revamped the team screen before starting a fight so you can fill out up to five teams to choose between for each fight. The troops themselves are laid out in more of a grid instead of an extremely long line of cards, which is a nice improvement there. You can also change your Hero's weapon and banner from the team set-up screen.

My card was hit with fraudulent charges, so yeah, it was a big deal to me. I don't trust them to have learned their lesson at all.
There's no definite way to source where your card got compromised. It could have been at the local gas station, or anywhere else you might use it. Of course it's possible, but the information the hackers got was reported to be not only encrypted, but generally contained no data of use even if cracked. Sony didn't even store CSC codes at all.

Now, even assuming they did get info... they then hired a top security firm and redid their security. The same credit card that was on my account then is on it now.

It's totally legit to be concerned and safe about your card. But other breaches, like Target's, were far worse... and people still use their cc at Target, Kmart, walmart, etc.

Long winded hyperbole. I'd expect nothing less from you! I didn't find Episode 4 to be considerably more difficult than 3 (3 took me longer to beat in fact). I thought it all ramped up pretty nicely. The only enemies I avoided at all costs are the big mechs that melee you (since one hit takes down your shields and one health). Otherwise most enemies can be taken care of without too much trouble if you get good (I had like 10 crash coins when I beat episode 4). Luck can sort of be a factor as you sometimes don't find the upgrades that you want.
I don't even know who you are if that helps.

Still, Galak-Z is just that good I'd just as soon let the players decide. Is Episode 4 tedious bullshit breaking the game's pacing? Is it ez pz and RollingSkull is just a fuck ing casual shitter? Buy it today and find out for yourself!

They should pay me royalties.

EDIT: Just FYI, an "episode" in Galak-Z is a series of 5 missions that have to be done in one go. Since the game is arcade/roguelike structured and these missions are randomly picked and built except for the boss at the end, you have good, replayable content at hand even if you don't think episode 4 is fun. The main game has like a dozen cheevos tied to skillful play in Episode 4 so they clearly meant that to be where the true Galak-Z starts and that you are meant to play that over and over just like you would grind through BoI over and over (Only Galak-Z takes skill to play, unlike BoI.) but there's no reason why you couldn't replay earlier episodes for fun.

I really don't want to have to hunt around for the letter, if I even still have it, so either trust what I say or don't. It was 100% from this, considering the card attached to it was never used anywhere else. Ever.

There's no reason to keep a card attached because its almost easier to fund it in any other way, and can be attached and detached for any purchase if you need it to be.

It isn't something to be worried about in terms of terrorism or some shit, but its also a situation where I can bypass any worry about it whatsoever by not intentionally putting myself in that position.

Sony is a repeat target, not one necessarily of opportunity like retail stores.

Does CAG ever do a game night? I have added a bunch of people on here over time, but have never played with any of you online.
I'm not sure, but I'd be down for some CAG gaming. Just got a PS4 a few weeks ago so my library is limited. Feel free to add me. Rocket league and Helldivers are a few of the co-op games I have.

-Leaving your CC on PSN, it's fine.

I've been skimmed twice and got hacked from PSN breach. My bank caught it, text, emailed and called me, sent me a new card. To an extent this reminds me of people whispering their phone number or SSN to me when I'm at work.

As someone who lives and is treated for extreme anxiety, this is one battle I don't take on. It's at the most inconvenient IMO.

-The $5 minimum on PSN, I'm pretty sure it's to cover the transaction fees from the CC companies, nothing more.

Lol, I took my anxiety medication already so maybe I'm spouting on the level of idiocracy, so I respect everyone's opinions on the privacy and safety they feel comfortable with. Best part is, we all get to speak of it freely without censorship, and with our fellow CAGs.

I get my PSN dollars strictly from Amazon as well.  It's an easy process, and the codes are displayed to you immediate upon purchase.

Does anyone know of any Vita games that support the PSN "presence" feature?  You know, where if somebody in your friends list is playing the game, it'll not only show the name of the game, but also some text describing what they're doing in-game or whatever.

I always love RollingSkull's come back of "i dont know who you are so your opinion some how doesn't matter" come back.
I ONLY ever say it when people recognize me for some thing or other. It's purely reciprocal. If it's important to note that I am recognizable, it must be equally important for me to state my own preconceptions of them. I don't pretend to understand it either. I focus on the post, not the name attached, except for maybe the one or two people who have personally wronged me of course.

I'm not at all saying "your opinion doesn't matter." I'm simply saying "Oh, you know me? Well I don't know you." It's a neutral statement. How do you read my post and get "your opinion doesn't matter?" I thought it was a tacit acknowledgement that we were in disagreement over a matter of opinion in which facts cannot yield the answer and rather than follow through with the age old argumentum ad mominem* rhetorical standard to handle matters of opinion, I just tipped my hat and said, "Let the audience decide."

*In which we insult each other's mothers vigorously and creatively.

I didn't even know that was a feature and I rather hope it does not get too detailed when I'm playing Bloodborne. "RollingSkull has died 12 times now on this asshole cheap-ass piece of shit crow miniboss. Now he is hiding just outside its aggro range and throwing poison knives while chugging blood like he's getting a soda to go at the filling station."

I didn't particularly care for Galak-Z and felt like some of the roguelike features (namely permadeath) didn't contribute to the game.

They added an arcade mode without permadeath to the PC version and it's coming to PS4 next year. I'll probably jump back in once that launches.

Is there a GOTY version of this incoming? Thats the reason i haven't bit @20 bucks. Im sick of buying these games when they drop to the 20ish price point then a few months later a GOTY version comes out with all the DLC and junk. Hell, was there even any decent DLC for this game?
there's a huge expansion coming in Feb. i'd bet that's when a GOTY version would be announced or released.

Whats the cheapest Resident Evil Revelations 2 has been at? Physical or Digital? Haven't even payed attention to the game but I played Episode 1 and I think it could be good for Co op.

They are releasing a new edition with everything in it but calling it the enhanced edition - http://m.gamestop.com/product/ps4/games/dying-light-the-following-enhanced-edition/127351

I really hope there isn't another DDOS during Christmas week...  Reddit was taken down earlier this week, Phantom Squad is promising to pick up where Lizard Squad left off.

Might want to think of it as a new holiday tradition. They are doing us a favor and making us spend time with our families.

The more reason why Sony should have its flash sale tomorrow rather than wait until next week. Unless they don't care about the impending DDoS attack, of course. The flash sale would probably be bad anyway. I think Sony have those now just for the promotional purposes and brand awareness, rather than providing games with savings that we've grown accustomed to see in the past. Those days are long gone now that the PS4 is so dominant.
