How good was last year's xmas/new years sale? And does that go with the PSN weekyl sales they've been doing or replace it?

They weren't good! They haven't been for 2 years now. I'm just hoping for a few good deals this time around besides the Telltale games.

That'd be a deal-breaker for me. So badly wanted to like this game but it's so goddamn slow. If the character could move as fast as the light trail things, it'd be much better.
I love it so much but fuck that's a lot of time and collectibles lost. I think I'll pick whatever massive JRPG I plan to start and play that for a few days and come back when it sucks a little less.

If anyone owns or has played Under Night In-Birth for PS3, opinions?  The physical copies are starting to dry up at local GS stores ($20 "new"), but $10 (digital) is a pretty good price for a decent fighting game.

What... the... fuck...

Playing Everybody's Gone to the Rapture and played about 3 hours and it crashed on me. Game's supposed to auto save but I'm back at the ever loving start?!? fuck fuck fuck fuck fuck.
It's your own fault. You're not supposed to play the games. You're just supposed to buy them.

I've lost all respect for your opinion.

I got $60 in PSN Credit thanks to a stack of bonuses.

Just waiting for the sales!

Hoping for Xenoverse Complete.

$10 is a great price for the game. It is created by the makers of Melty Blood, another reputed anime fighter/airdasher and plays similarly to it. If you like that sort of game, it's a solid buy. One caveat that should be mentioned - and that I personally detest - is that it features auto-combo (press Light Punch four times for an automatic combo), which seems to be a trend these days as seen in Persona 4 and Dengeki Bunko.

It was announced recently to be headed to Steam next summer. That one might be an updated version.

If you platted Bloodborne, Sony sent out a free theme, so check your emails. Starts with "For Bloodborne Platinum Trophy Hunters Only"

All I was missing was the all items Trophy.

The random dungeons got.. tedious

Is the web store glitching for anyone else? I'm trying to buy Under Night and it keeps telling me it encountered an error and can't complete the purchase.

Got my Bloodborne

Heard about this a while back. I platted Bloodborne three weeks after release and never received anything.
You have to have your email settings turned on. Mine were off when I checked a few months ago when I heard about this. And I just got my theme today

That was the first thing I checked when I heard about it. It is on, unless there's another option other than the one in Notification Preferences.

I'm on a limited budget at the moment, so I'm debating whether I should go ahead and jump on Deception IV for $24, or wait and see if something good pops up in the flash sale.

But there's not much else that I really want at the moment - at least not digital. Something would have to be extremely cheap for me to consider it right now, so I guess I'll probably get Deception after all.

I'm in the same boat. I'm tempted to grab Elder Scrolls Online since I haven't played a MMO in ages and it might be something fun to just kill time with here and there. Now that it's pretty cheap it seems worthwhile for that. But there are other games that I actually want to play and I don't want to blow what little PSN $$ I have in my account on it only for something I really want to drop in price tomorrow.

Whenever I need to add money to my PSN account, I just buy a card at Amazon, and get the digital code as soon as I complete the purchase. No mess. No fuss!

Yeah, Rapture just wasn't saving.  Started it again since I was unable to settle on another game and the saving icon was fairly noticeable where I never had seen it the first time.

Thanks for the heads up about the Bloodborne theme, I just checked and got the email

If it helps anyone I got the platinum in April and got the email today at 2 EST

Platinumed Bloodborne in June and never got an email.

However, scored a minor victory at my local GameStop tonight when the ad for a new $20 copy of Bloodborne (offer expired yesterday) was still displayed on the shelf of PS4 games. The employee dropped the price from $39.99 to $19.99 no questions asked. She then promptly removed the ad from the PS4 shelf.

So close to the Bloodborne platinum. I am at the final part of the game, but just have to finish the chalice dungoen's first.

Brother has been playing the ps3 on my account unlocking trophies. He is fucking up my trophy hunt. I will have to put a stop to that.

Bloodborne Platinum doesn't even seem all that hard. None of those trophies seem even remotely tedious apart from maybe beating the game three times. I'm past the blood moon and nothing has been a brick wall so far.

And so far BB is the only Souls game that seems good enough to merit three plays.

Of course, finding all the dumb secret crap almost requires a guide and like every Souls game they don't do ANYTHING to teach you the correct stat build so if you aren't a Souls veteran and used to using the guides as a checklist or how Souls builds work I guess that might be a problem.

You can just back up your save right before the ending so you only have to play through it once.
