Took my time and leveled up to 19 and then took on the Cleric Beast. Beat him on my first try so I was happy. I accidentally happened up Father Gascoigne much earlier and he kicked my ass. Anyway, I think I am hooked. It is a game I will most likely play in spurts over a long period because I get too stressed playing.

 
The Pinball Arcade Kickstarter for the Doctor Who table only has 4 days left and $10k to go as of this post. I've never seen them not complete a project. It'll be interesting to see if they make it anyway even without the funding.

 
Anyone diving into Firewatch? I may wait for a patch/ price drop. Trying to limit my spending and backlog building.

It has an 82 on metacritic so its clearly not a bad game. From what I read it does apparently have some performance issues on the PS4 side but the developer is already aware of it and already working on a fix for it.

 
Frisky, Not that it'll matter much in a few hours but you have Tales of Graces R under Vita when it should be Tales of Hearts R.

 
Thanks for the heads up about the PS4 issues with Firewatch. I was wondering why it isn't up on PSN yet, but it's a blessing in disguise. Just buying PC version now.

For that type of game, I would prefer the couch/big screen experience, but if it chugs that much I'd rather just have a stable framerate.

Actually, I never seem to notice poor frame rates unless they're really bad.  I grew up with an 8086 PC a long time ago, so my standards were set pretty low from the beginning.

Any idea how much Firewatch plus theme bundle costs? I guess we'll have to wait for store update... That theme is sick.
 
I don't usually buy digital games at launch, but i got a question, is the PS+ discount only the same week it comes out, or is it permanently as long as you're PS+?

 
launch week only but if you aren't going to play it right away i'd just wait, within a month or two these kind of games get another round of PS+ discounts on a weekly/flash sale

How bad is the Young Justice game?

Like Justice League Heroes, it looks to be aping the Marvel X-men Legends/Ultimate Alliance series.

How about Falling Skies?

 
Damn need some advice. Is assassins creed worth the 40 with and extra 20% off code that I have? Makes the game $32. I won't be able to play it for a while as I have a huge back log.

If you don't plan to play it for a while no yearly release game is worth $30. I'm a assassin's creed fan and I can tell you these games go on sale constantly!

It's no longer annual.

Sales dropped so starting this year it's going to be every other/few years as it should have been.

We'll see the next Assassin's Creed game (Empires?) sometime in 2017.

It is strange that they say it's an extinct race but that he's the last of his race. Still, it makes me happy to see this out for the Vita. I'll have to get it at some point. Nice download size too.

Young Justice was actually worse than Justice League Heroes if you ask me. I bought the game at launch to support the creators of the show and I still regret it. I don't think I played more than two levels of that game.Also, I just noticed that they have dlc for the game. I'm gonna buy it but only so I can feel more disappointed that they never made a third season.

Also, is anyone else upset that they uploaded another Severed gameplay video to the store but still no release date for the game?

Even though they were side games we technically have gotten 2 Assassin's Creed games already this year, and then a retail disc of all 3 bundle games in stores.

Yup, despite an absolutely amazing 2016 lineup full of cool indies and localizations -- arguably the best or second best vita year ever for releases -- it'll 'long be dead' in 6 months.

C'mon slidecage, I mean, I know you're slidecage but you're really sliding lately.
