I preordered it as well, and today I was surprised by a notification on my PS4 telling me that they were going to be refunding my preorder for me. Has anyone else gotten this?

 
Is the DLC for Brotherhood worth $6?  I own the base game and loved it (best in the series IMO, last before it started going far downhill) but haven't played any of the DLC.

I am positive AC China was like $2.50 before. I want to get Liberation, but $5 still seems too high for it.

Yu Gi Oh Legacy of the Duelist would be a cool ps plus title. Xbox Live got Magic, so why not give PSN yugioh?

it'd be cool if they put some of the old yugioh titles on psn while we're at it. I wouldn't mind playing duelest of the roses again. It was a really weird title with practically no connection to the series but it was fun and unique.

AC: China was $2.50 with Plus discount in a Dec sale.

 
Has AC Syndicate been cheaper than this? Seems like the one AC title lately that's been able to retain its value beyond the first two months. Thinking about biting since I've heard positive things about it.

FYI ... if you live in the Pacific Northwest of the USA, Fred Meyer is offing $20 off $150 in the Home Electronics dept. this week, which can be used on PSN cards (as well as games, etc). No sign of a stackable coupon for VG accessories to save even more off PSN cards, but you might wait to go until Fri or Sat, if another ad should come out for this weekend. So I haven't played an AC game in a super long time, but I'm really in the mood to play something like an AC game. I have AC Unity from a gamefly sale a while back but I heard it's pretty awful. For $10 I'm thinking about picking up Black Flag. I'd really rather pick up Syndicate but I don't have $30 to drop for that right now. Is Black Flag a better game to play to get back into AC than Unity? Also I have like $5 or so in Amazon digital bucks. What's the best way to use that to help me make this purchase? Do I just buy a $10 PSN dollar card to use my $5 digital amazon?

Black Flag is much better than Unity but isn't as bad as people make it out to be. I really enjoyed, and platted that collectible grindfest. Since you haven't played an AC game in a super long time, I say get BF and play that. Syndicate is really good also, so keep that in mind when it hits a price point you'd like to spend on it. That's up to you, I always save them up to buy PSN cards too, I almost never play for $10 cards anymore because of that no rush credits haha.

Don't forget about Unity though, download all the patches and give it a shot one day.

I would suggest Black Flag over Unity for the naval battles alone. Piloting a pirate ship to scuttle and take over enemy boats for plunder is surprisingly addicting. Unity wasn't terrible after the bug fixes, it was just bland. At least Black Flag is somewhat memorable.
