70% off TLoU Factions DLC. Which has only been on sale once before for 50% off. Time to buy some +*%#}#^**# hats.

For anyone on the fence for The Last of Us, the multiplayer is still pretty active and is absolutely fantastic. Rock solid gameplay that's slow paced and rewards thoughtful movement and coordination. You can do very well even if you're not stellar at twitch shooters like COD. Also, TLOU attracts an older, relatively chatty crowd. Fair number of folks using mics even in random public matches.

At this price, the skill pack dlc's are a god but for anyone who thinks they may get into the multi. The weapon bundle with Tac Shotty and Burt Pistol is also good. The second bundle is mostly purchasable weapons that aren't essential. Tac Shotty is definitely worth buying even if you pass on all the other weapons. Two hit downs at medium range. Enforcer may also be worth a standalone purchase.

I'd love to see the Uncharted Collection be a PS+ freebie next month to promote the new game. $29.99 is still too high for my tastes and it's been on sale fairly often elsewhere.

Don't you get everything if you get the Remastered game?

Also, I still can't get the Weekly Deals to work.

 
Logic suggests that any PS4 DLC for Last of Us Remastered is NOT included in the remastered edition because 'remastered' is the core game on PS4... most of it looks cosmetic anyway. [Whatever 'DLC' is included was only DLC for PS3 original release and never a separate purchase for PS4]

The survival skills and some of the weapons were announced before the Remastered Edition came out, but they weren't released until afterwards. Super annoying, but the MP is so good that I got over it. The second weapon pack, the scoped weapons, and the hats/gestures/executions (all cosmetic) came out several weeks/months after Remastered.

The Remastered Ed does include a bunch of stuff that was paid DLC for PS3, including two map packs, the Grounded difficulty option for single player, and the Left Behind story DLC.
 
I really want Salt & Sanctuary but I will wait till the Vita version is available. But watched some gameplay videos on YouTube and it looks really fun. 2D Bloodborne is the vibe I was getting from it.

Warning to any Salt and Sanctuary early adopters: back up your save files. Game crashed on me and corrupted my data. At least I was only a few hours in..

Are these skill and weapon bundles just completely new items or are you buying shortcuts to things you can unlock a la battlefield games?
 
Any of TLOU MP DLC worth getting? Things that didn't come in the remastered? Thinking of playing it during Spring Break, but it'll be my first time doing so.

Some of the weapons/perks are pay to win items, such as the frontier rifle and tactical shotgun but the rest are either shit or cosmetic items.

Nothing worth getting imo, unless you want an advantage

Remastered comes with all the map packs

At the risk of sounding like Slidecage, i'm disappointed in this sale's lack of Uncharted vita sales.  Why aren't Golden Abyss and the Uncharted card game on sale?  I realize they weren't done by Naughty Dog, but still...

Isn't Golden Abyss still available free for PS Plus? Or did that end a while back? It feels like that was up for years.

$30 for the TLOU remaster is still too hefty, because no way I'm gonna blow all of my wallet on it. The struggle of not being able to afford PS+ is real. Guess I'll push half of my funds towards Day of the Tentacle instead.

Unfortunately logic fails in this case, because of the stupid Left Behind DLC that you can buy on PS4. It has absolutely no reason to exist because it's included in Remastered. Yes, I know you can play it stand-alone, but why the heck would you?

I hadn't seen it mentioned yet but the page errors seem to be solved now as the sale links now point to the correct page on the webstore. Thankfully, I can resist most of this. I would have considered TLOU Left Behind (standalone or addon) for PS3, but it's not on sale.
