Powers Season 2 is out(first 3 episodes and rest is weekly now). It is free if you have a ps plus subscription. I enjoyed season 1 and season 2 is okay so far. It does feel very cheesy because of the bad green screen and that one scene with Calista was just plain sad to look at.
there were dynamic themes for ps3 and 4 but they may be limited time only so i would quickly add them to your account too along with the issue 1 digital comic

gotta be knack right? The only month i forgot to check so it has to be knack.

Update: holy crap siren blood curse!!! Best month in a long ass time for me!

Gone home is hot garbage though. Just a walking simulator for sjws.

2k16 is kind of shocking since we normally get crap for ps4. I don't even remember the last time we got a AAA title.

At least Gone Home is an easy 100% for your profile. Any completionists should beware of playing NBA 2K16 though. Nobody has the Platinum as of now.

Definitely recommend playing Siren: Blood Curse. It's pretty awesome and deserves a sexual.

That autocorrected from sequel, but I'm going through to keep it. The game deserves it.

LOL at that typo!

But on a serious note... This is a game I've been wanting to play for a long time. To get it as part of PS+ is a great month for me.

http://blog.us.playstation.com/2016/06/02/cosmic-star-heroine-coming-this-summer-to-ps4-vita/

Here's the Cosmic Star Heroine with the first trailer and only a "Summer" release date. I'm going to guess that it's featured in whatever PSN Play promotion is happening later this summer.
Thanks for sharing this!

Loved the trailer, and definitely getting a physical copy of this one.

This is the same Robert Boyd that was pretty cool when he worked for Infinity Ward. He was very active on social media for them, and I am glad he started his own studio and putting this game out. Cheers to his venture.

The first Cosmic Star Heroine trailer will be coming tomorrow, probably on the PS Blog with maybe some final release info:

https://twitter.com/werezompire/status/738136651843567617
The trailer playing at Gamestop for years has left me curious.. glad to see we finally get more info

Played the Odin Sphere Demo...freaking a seems like a must buy for me. Combat is fast and it looks gorgeous, I should go back to Muramasa on my vita :whistle2:k

Haha

Let me know when I can put my PS2 disc of Dark Cloud into my PS4 to play a free download, the way Microsoft lets you put 360 discs into the Xbox One.

I will never be supporting Sony's bullshit of reselling each individual game when the system already has a disc drive that can read DVDs, and even low-end computers can emulate the ancient PS2.

I believe you're thinking of Robert Bowling with the Call of Duty thing. Zeboyd Games has been around since the early days of XBLIG.

Ahh, but you are forgetting trophies.

Anybody think there will ever be a physical release for these PS2 on PS4 games?  Something like a Dark Cloud double pack?  I would love to see that happen, just not sure if it'll EVER happen...

So do Dark Cloud and Dark Cloud 2 still stand up well after all these years? Or should i pass on them?
I thought the first held up really well, it was a lot of fun to play again. I played until I got the platinum. The camera is what holds it back, it can be annoying at times.

I haven't started the 2nd, waiting for some down time. The second was my favorite back in the day.

Wonder if there will be a similar discount for Gold on X1.

ACE Team and Atlus announced Rock of Ages II: Bigger and Boulder for PS4 this Fall:

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=D41Cdj0NGAU

Details:
It's so gneiss to see you again! The genre-bending Rock of Ages - the part Tower Defense, part Racing, part Art History lesson, and all smashing game from ACE Team - returns with new gameplay, co-op and competitive modes, and more in Rock of Ages II: Bigger and Boulder, coming this fall to PC, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One as a digital title. In the game, players will explore the uniquely artistic worlds, and take turns in defensive and offensive roles in an attempt to smash open the enemy's castle and crush their dreams of ruling the world (by crushing their corporeal form). For the latest information on the game, you can roll on over to find the latest carvings on the official webstone at www.rockofages2.com.

In Bigger and Boulder, Atlas, the Greek God of holding up really heavy things, needs some help recovering the celestial sphere that he might have misplaced. And he definitely needs your help, because all the rulers throughout historical eras are getting in his way; there's no time to gather moss - start smashing down gates! The conquerors in the game are each representative of their different periods of Art History, from Early Renaissance to Late Gothic, and are presented in the series' quirky, Pythonesque, cut-out animation style.

One of the major changes to the gameplay in Rock of Ages II is the emphasis on co-op and competitive play, where up to four players can strategically plan their victory by way of merciless destruction via boulder! There's also been a complete revamp of how resources are accrued in the game, so players will not just have to defend their own castles, but resource nodes as well!

Rock of Ages II: Bigger and Boulder features include:

  • Up to 4-person Multiplayer - A little friendly competition never hurt anyone, so that's why ACE Team decided to up the gate-smashing stakes by beefing up the multiplayer features of the game. Play with up to four players online in a 2v2 match to the crushing death with the ability to customize banners and colors for your "units." Plus, the tracks now intersect, so you can knock the enemy rocks to get an advantage!
  • Utter Chaos - Expanding on the first game with a more diverse selection of units and a larger focus on rock-smashing strategy in Bigger and Boulder, chaos reigns supreme! Just don't take each turn for granite!
  • Improved Physics and Destructible Environments - Developed in Unreal Engine 4, Rock of Ages II has upgraded physics and even more things to be cracked, crushed, flattened, and slammed. It's the most fun you can have rolling rocks down a big hill!
  • ACE Team's Trademark Quirkiness - With humor is turned up to 11, players will literally rock and roll through the ages. Famous historical figures beware!
Rock of Ages II: Bigger and Boulder will roll into digital stores this fall for PC, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One! The best part? Go hands-on with Rock of Ages II: Bigger and Boulder in the ATLUS booth at E3! The game is not yet rated by the ESRB, with pricing details to come later. but check out the latest info carved into the Bigger and Boulder official webstone www.rockofages2.com or the ACE Team Steam Community steamcommunity.com/groups/aceteam.

That is the main draw for me plus the convenience of not having to look for the discs/memory card with the save files, bother with hooking up my dusty PS2 or even switch to my backwards compatible PS3 where I'd have to start fresh anyway. $15 is a bit much but I bit on Rogue Galaxy and Dark Cloud 2 at the current price. Even found my original Rogue Galaxy manual to consult while playing.

I actually have this strategy guide here for Dark Cloud 2....good cause I highly recommend you at least use a picture guide. You will miss out on a lot very likely otherwise. The inventions are tricky too....

https://twitter.com/ImageForm/status/738354312225693697

15% off at launch according to the devs.
Dang, I was holding off on the 3DS version because I was hoping for Cross-Buy. Now I really do have to ask myself--which version??

Gone home is hot garbage though. Just a walking simulator for sjws.
Wow. Do you speak like this to people in person, or just write like it to no one in particular on the internet? Anyway, there have to be some walking simulators for SJWs out there. It can't all be killing simulators for anti-social insecurity warriors.

For what it's worth, I really enjoyed Gone Home on PC and am excited to get it on PS4.

Those that play the beta for The Tomorrow Children will get a pension reward for the full game by completing the tutorial and after getting to the town, doing enough work there to reach Level 2.

Here's the link to download the beta if you missed it earlier.

Posted this in the XBL thread, but started to think more people here would know since it was a Vita game first:

Was reading a review of Kick & Fennick that made it sound like it's really aimed squarely at kids (as opposed to platformers that adults may enjoy as well). Is that an accurate assessment?

Liking The Tomorrow Children quite a bit from what I've played in the beta, which I'll have a video for it tomorrow. It's kind of a weird mix of Animal Crossing (resource gathering, town building), Minecraft (mining out some structures to get resources to bring back to town), and some tower defense stuff (using turrets to shoot at monsters that occasionally attack your town) with a healthy dose of communist structures to the whole thing where everybody works together to build up the town and gather resources as an online-focused game. If anybody wants to join the town I'm in, look up Orguar in the town listings.

It's a platformer where you can't really jump. Instead, you rocket jump across the level to get up to higher platformers or across gaps. I played it on Vita and found it to be a good, though not an extremely hard game. Unless you're allergic to games featuring kids, I don't know why that would be an issue.

I just meant from the perspective of maybe being too easy where an adult would get bored with it. But might give it a shot.

The game is challenging. It may start out easy and simple but if you are going for 100% completion the later levels are a pain in the ass.

bard gold sounds like a clone of rouge legacy

From the title, I kind of hoped it would be a bard sim where you play music and go on little quests to improve your standings from town to town until the king/queen invites you to play for them.

I was admittedly disappointed after clicking on the article.
