I have almost bought Xenoverse multiple times now and each time I stop myself hah ugh.

I have such a backlog that having time for it alone is unlikely plus all the lackluster reviews out there make me feel like if I am digging into my backlog it should be higher caliber titles.

Tempted by inFamous as well since I was at the very end of the game when I sold my disc copy hah as well as Darksiders 2 but again I feel like I should be putting my time into a new fresh experience instead.

I'm gonna throw in about South Park, too.  I haven't watched South Park since season 3 (was never a huge fan), but I laughed at 80% of the jokes, and I enjoyed the battle system, and most of the story.  The only part that might turn people off is the
sex scene fight

Can anyone provide some opinion on AeternoBlade? Only reviews I can find pretty much trash it, though it's showing 5 stars out of 5 on the PS Store with 13 reviews, so that's a little contradictory.

It's a very unpolished Metroidvania. The sole gimmick that sets it apart from similar games is that you can manipulate time: for example, if you hit a lever to lower a platform but the platform goes back up before you can get to it, you can use your time rewind to lower it again and ride the platform.

I bought it because it's one of very few games to come out of Indonesia or Thailand, or wherever it was made. A sequel was announced not too long ago, so I'm happy they haven't given up despite a rough first start.

Think it's worth the $8 or so for the Platinum pack with the DLC?

Oh, no. I dunno what the DLC consists of but I definitely wouldn't pay that much unless you've played all the other types of games like it like Mirror of Fate HD. Aeternoblade does have PS1-era graphics, which is kind of charming in a way, with a story of about that caliber too. If you're feeling nostalgic for that kind of simple game, then maybe.

Thanks for the info, whitereflection.  I'll think it over since it's still at that price for another week and a half.  I already picked up my $100 worth for the $15 back with buying some games digitally I traded into GS, essentially breaking even on them, so I'm not searching for stuff to make it to that point.

Has the Dragon Age Inquisition DLC been on sale in the past? Thinking about grabbing the base game during the sale but might just wait for a good price on the GOTY edition.

join me in waiting for the full edition

rarely see dlc or season passes on sale by themselves

Haha I can't believe he got banned. I actually laughed when I saw the thread this morning and noticed that no one mentioned anything about the pic for the first 5 or so posts
And it was weird that no one in that thread mentioned that he was banned either.

Yea I saw the pic and tbh he got what he deserved. He shouldn't have posted THAT in the OP where people are looking at the deals. I've seen worse but mixed up in posts.

Wanted to recommend Legend of Heroes: Trails of Cold Steel before the sale ends.  I know the price is not exactly cheap even on sale but it is easily the most fun I have had with a JRPG in a long time.  It reminds me a little of my first playthrough of Persona 4.  Check it out before it goes back up to 40 as this is the first time I have seen it on sale.

where's my flash sale

It was on the

Big discounts @ Microsoft Store (Xbox One) forum, but banned OP must've taken it back with him

...What the hell did I miss??
OP of the Microsoft Store deal posted a picture of a naked guy holding a wired 360 controller that covered his groin.

Got banned as a result. Be glad that you missed the picture. It reminds me of that graphic that CAG always had in his sig, "You saw it. You can't unsee it."

Spend $100 by the 21st get $15 back. I'm at 70+ don't know what else to buy :whistle2:k
Same problem over here. I just ordered $40 of psn at BBY and am having the hardest time meeting the max. Anyone know if the Arkham bundle is worth it's price. I dig batman but stop playing after the second. I probably do AI and RE just to round out my genre options (as I scroll through +60 games in my xmb)

$2 off, debating Infinity 3.0 OR South Park Stick complete add on.

Just hope Mighty No. 9 turned out decent after all the delays and crap. Was hard to tell from the idiotic trailer they released a month or two ago.

People have gotten it early and already done full play throughs on you tube.

Jim Sterling did 2 levels, and while he sucked at it said it was fun.... yet to me, the game really looked like they dropped the ball.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QqGrhkF0AXQ

Warning, slightly obnoxious.

Ugh, I guess I'll be purchasing 20xx instead. The game looks more fun than Mighty No.9 even though it's still on Steam Early Access. It's sort of ironic that a game which barely made $20.000 during its Kickstarter campaign looks miles better than a $4.000.000 finished project

Anyone have an opinion on Hyperdimension Neptunia? Seems to be pretty well reviewed.......
I can only speak for Hyperdimension Neptunia Rebirth;1 (or whatever its name is) and its too grindy for me. Everytime I got to the end boss for every chapter, I would have to go grind kills to level up. I remember spending a couple of hours killing some whale-like creature then leaving the room and returning killing it for xp. Maybe I wasn't very good at the game though. I got to chapter 4 before I accidentally deleted my game progress and not sure if I have the patience to go back.

Well it sounded like they tweaked and balanced stuff in Scholar. Its still trash? Should I just jump into 3 then? haha
Well they fixed the 60 FPS durability thing eventually. Most people just don't like the game itself nearly as much as the others. It's like the Arkham Origins of Souls. It was made by someone else while the regular people were working on the next game. On its own it's perfectly fine but not great but it wilts under the harsh glare of the intensity of the fans.

i think instead of spend $100 get $15 im going to spend $0 get $100 more in my pocket.
I've been debating on buying things still and I think I might just not buy any of it

none of the deals are irresistible there are a few games I want like stick of truth but maybe I'll just do something rare and actually resist a sale

ive had quite a few items in my cart, syndicate gold, resident evil 0, need for speed. but even if i force myself up to $100, im sure the games will be collectively $15 cheaper before i ever get to them. did buy megadimension for $12 and traded in my physical copy for a little over twice that.
