You’re missing out, one of my favorite games of all time. Setting, story, and art style are second to none. A ton of fun regardless of your play style. I’ve bought it on three different platforms over the years just to play through again.

This is why I can't play stealth games. I'm more like, stealth 90% of the mission, get spotted , restart the mission. If enemies are killable I need to Kill Them All, even if that makes it far harder and is not required. This is true even in games that are not technically stealth games, like when you start areas in Uncharted where you're not seen. That's it I've platted Dishonored and loved it
 
New to PlayStation and looking at the super cheap games, any recommendations?

Have bought Resogun and infamous first light, and thinking of getting unfinished swan and alienation.

Those are all good choices, though First Light is better played after Second Son since it's about one of the major side characters from the main game.

Alienation is a great dual-stick shooter with Diablo-style loot mechanics to it that works well. The Unfinished Swan is a great children's book-style narrative adventure game that has a great style to it and does some neat things with its main mechanic.

Appreciate all the feedback on Rogue Galaxy, it became a pass for me. 

At this point I kind of feel like I am looking for an excuse to buy something. Like, oh I've maybe heard of that game and the price is cheap. Should I just buy it?

Then I scroll through all the unplayed games in my library and no, I shouldn't buy it. Because I'm just gonna spend my time on Hearthstone/Smite/Fortnite anyways.

Don't give in! Lol my thoughts on it were it was a stealth game with an identity crisis. A majority of the abilities you unlock are offensive while the game constantly whips you for being unstealthy. The whole morality system was a #metoo nod to BioShock and completely unnecessary IMO. I couldn't tell you much of what it was about since the story was lost on me, but that's because FPS stories tend to be too boring to stop stabbing people in the face and pay attention to the background dialogue. Overall, I found it to be overrated but the GF adores it, so what do I know?

 
I just checked PSprices and saw that it's dipped as low as $5.99, so I think I'll put it on hold. Way too many titles on my list that I would put before it, and it seems to go on sale semi-regularly. Thanks to everyone for the debate though, I think it sounds interesting enough. I'll probably hold off until a slower sale when there's nothing else to consider.

It'll be day one for me unless the reviews are awful across the board. I have faith it will be at least on par with the other Darksiders games though since most of the devs are from Vigil. Good choice of release date as well since it's still before Christmas but far enough away from nearly everything else coming out this fall so it won't get lost in the shuffle.

Kyle Katarn did that shit in the first mission of the first game about him, before everything pre-Disney was labeled non-canon. Hard-boiled merc turned Rebel spy turned hero turned Sith turned Jedi. His story of going Dark Side before teaching at Luke's academy would've improved the plot from Episode 8 and connected the two movies better. He was a total badass, but they replaced him everywhere.

I'm shocked to see Dead Cells Digital MSRP is $24.99.  Pretty sure it was supposed to be $19.99 all along.

I just preordered physical from Best Buy for $22.99 (GCU + extra $1 for in-store release day pickup)

Yeah it totally is. They’re old games and don’t look great but have tons of Marvel characters and are good mindless hack and slash fun. I enjoy them both.

I was thinking about getting the entire "Eyes" trilogy: Albedo: Eyes from Outer Space, Beyond Eyes and Planet of the Eyes. All on sale for under $5 each and with relatively easy platinums.

The Eyes have it (no, I won't do that joke)

Albedo was a really easy plat (like two hours maybe three) but in the end that game was torture and so bad. In all fairness I think it was made by one person so props to them if it was a one man job.

Beyond eyes has no platinum by the way.

Glad I could finally get Rez to play in VR. Was nearly about to buy it full price.

Albedo is similar to Dying Reborn, only with aliens instead of the weird horror setting. Both low budget walking simulators/adventure games, with exceptionally bad voice acting.

There are quite a few games I didn't realize existed until my research. Hob is one of the games I looked up and fell in love with. My list is really long, which bothers me because I know some of the games will go on deeper sale. But at the same time there is value in just pulling the trigger and not thinking about it anymore

Yeah, I'd be getting it for my son. He's beaten but still likes exploring Lego City and we sometimes play Marvel. He's seen the Jurassic Lego show on Netflix so I think he would dig it
 
Is anyone else having issues accessing the store? The page loads, then I watch it process my login, and my account shows up at the top, then the store Page is replaced with an error message that says unable to find this page. My account still shows logged in at the top. I've restarted several times. I had this problem a few weeks ago too
 
I was going through the PSN store new releases and saw that they are making a Hotel Transylvania 3 game which is weird since they don't release a lot of movie games anymore. I click on the trailer and it seems to be a Pikmin/Overlord style game so now I have to wait to see if any reviews pop up because I love the Pikmin series and Overlord so if it's even halfway decent I'll buy it even though I have zero interest in the Hotel Transylvania franchise.
