I guess this is the cheapest Assassin’s Creed Unity has been. How is the game now? Still full of bugs or have they fixed all of those issues now?

Bugs have been fixed, but the game is still a bit of a bore. It added a lot of cool stuff that was fun, but the story just drags on and there is an annoying overabundance of collectables, even by Assassin's Creed standards.

Demetrios I would recommend if you like point and click games. One of the better ones I've played with all the different deaths/game overs you can have in the game. Also if you own a Vita you get both the ps4 and vita version for the price of one.

In general, I have to say that I find the suits pretty disappointing aesthetically. I think I enjoyed the suits in ASM on PS3 more.

Definite yes on alienation and uncharted ll.
 
Has anyone tried Timothy vs the Aliens? The style looks great, the reviews are bad but user reviews on Metacritic are more mixed. I feel like I may be in the group of people who enjoy an easy, nice aesthetic open world platformer that embraced dated gaming mechanics for $5.

alienation is great, but it's definitely a more coop friendly game than solo. unless they've made updates to change that. i haven't played since my crew stopped playing.

hardline had a really good campaign. i didn't play bf4 at all though.

 
Tried finding it in this thread but thoughts on Armello? Had my eye on it for a long time and $6 seems reasonable but a little perspective on what to expect would be great. I want to say the last game like this I played was Ogre Battle long ago and maybe to some degree Valkyria Chronicles, but not sure they match up exactly.

not sure if that's the game you're meaning, but armello is like a board game. not like either of those two games. it is fun though if you like board games.

It looked like stupid 3rd person shooting fun, but no inverted aiming control ruined it for me. If you play with inverted Y axis, don't bother with it.

Hey dude from the 1950’s what games are free of dlc/season pass/expansion fiascos? Beloved spider-man? Nope. God of War? Nope varying preorder dlc excludes it. Shit even indie titles are on board with new additions or editions after initial release. I will argue that every destiny 1 and 2 player has welcomed dlc and expansions that took the game to taken king or forsaken. Why didn’t they just do that before release? Probably don’t want 5+ year dev cycles like Rockstar etc but of course they can do that because they make tons on dlc and fake money in their online games.

Finally got Sony Rewards to send me a $50 code from when I redeemed my points last month. Was thinking of using it to get RE2, but then I played the demo and realized it's too scary for me lol

People are still earning points? I have not received anything since October or whenever the site was down and then went back up.

Yeah, my points are normally supposed to show up on the 25th of each month, but after the site went back up, my November points didn't show up until the first week of December. But my December points showed up on time.

The site still seems to have a lot of bugs though. It took two weeks for me to get a confirmation email just so I could log in. Then it took a month for me to finally get a response about my order. Even the contact page was bugged.

Never played, so over my head unfortunately. I bit and tried a game last night; it's quirky and fun but seems ridiculously imbalanced in the way you fight for the throne. I had tried the path of cleansing with those souls stones because one kept spawning directly outside my camp, but a neighboring clan I kept killing ending up winning with 0 prestige just because they waited for the king to be low HP and succeeded their castle "breaching" roll first try and one-shot the king.

Granted, I'm not into tabletop at all so maybe that was luck of the dice, but it seems to me the best strat is to just load up on good cards and loot then kill the king lol. The other methods seem to take too long, which makes it less interesting to me. Overall, glad it was only $6 but I don't think I'd play it often, if again.
