That has been about as low as it normally goes during a sale since it came out. If you really want it, don't be afraid to purchase at this price. Square rarely gives goods discounts on their RPG's. I'm still waiting for it to go lower, I might be waiting years.

Yeah, that was ridiculous. If they do reveal it, hopefully there will be a comparison video to show the differences. Otherwise, might just hold onto my PS3 copy.

Also curious to see that Tales of Arise game. Sounds a bit like Tales of Graces with the story.

Got the Become Human Digital Deluxe for $12, so basically $6 for Detroit and $6 for Heavy Rain.  I can wait until everything else on sale is $10.  Backlog for decades :)

I recently played through all the DLC and also finished off the platinum.

I actually enjoyed the DLC but it takes the game in a pretty different direction. If you're looking for a challenge it can be pretty brutal diving as deeply into a RNG dungeon as possible fighing enemies 50 levels above your own.

Basically I would check out the free dlc added in the Adventure pack. If you like that kind of grind, the DLC is basically two more versions of the same thing. Plot isn't too significant, just some filling out of characters you already have by means of flashbacks and such. And the final dlc added a horde / colosseum type arena.

I did have to mute the music during one of the dungeons. Gets extremely repetitive and fatiguing.

Picking up the Spider-Man DLC, Divinity OS 2, and Detroit. I already own Ni No Kuni 2 and the DLC and God of War. Nothing else really catching my eye.
 
That $70 12-month PS Now subscription is so worth it.  Been playing a ton of it since yesterday.  There are so many games in it that were in my mental "would buy if discounted to $10 or less" list, games that I'd likely play for a few hours and then never again, that I figure I'll get at least $200-300 worth of value out of it before the 12 months are up.

Anyone have the God of War Digital Deluxe? Trying to find out if the included dynamic theme is the “New Beginning” theme given out in limited quantities during PSX 2017, or just the same one that came with the Stone Mason/Collector’s editions.

How much better is Horizon Zero Dawn compared to Detroit? I'm reading stuff about Horizon, and apparently it's a must play. (yes I know I'm late to the party)

Quite a bit better. It's longer, more interactive, and has higher replay value.

I liked Detriot okay and will be rebuying it for $8 during this sale.

20% coupons right now are only from buying a new PS4 console bundle. Mine was from the end of last year, not sure if there have been new ones put out since then.

Horizon is much better than Detroit, by a lot. However!!! It depends on the type of game you’re looking for. Horizon is an open world third person action game, Detroit is a story driven narrative game with minimal “gameplay” ala Heavy Rain/Until Dawn.

Soooo, better isn’t always better for you. Go with what you enjoy.

DId you ever get a resolution, I just ordered one today, going to give it an hour or two before asking questions. I expect it to go through like it did for others, but just curious, it is really hard to beat that price right now.

The gameplay was 3 hours into the story, and I think even with that progress they boosted the character's skill and damage to make him look like a badass. The slowness coupled with the OP-ness of this prequel-level Jedi makes it look kind of a snooze, mowing through cookie cutter enemies and slowly making your way through bland levels.

 
I think overall I was kind of underwhelmed but it's mostly because from that footage I don't feel like I have a good idea of the flow of combat or what your character is capable of. I mean yeah you have force powers and you can swing your lightsaber around, but more interested in the actual mechanics of it all.

the dynamic theme for the digital deluxe is the one with both of them standing on the boat (just like the cover of the game). hope this helps.

i couldnt get into divinity os 1, but its still in my backlog. how much different is 2?
