Anyone here know how the demo save transfer in Soul Sacrifice works yet? I'm gonna pick up my copy later tonight, and want to know if I'll be able to delete the demo bubble after getting the game because I know it might delete the save data as well.

Yeah. I posted it on the site, but basically it works like this...

Load the game.
Select new game.
Game will say you have demo data, do you want to load?
Select yes.
Pick a save slot.
Done.

You will also just "have" the golem.
The Sly collection includes PS Move minigames, do the individual releases as well?
shoot, didn't think of this. I know they are pretty lousy, but would have been some easy trophies. No, they do not:cry:

Sucks the digital Sly Collection doesnt have the minigames. Though, I still can't see myself getting the physical version since I already have 1 from Plus and can just get the other 2 for half the price.

Very cool. After I load that I should be able to safely erase the demo bubble then?

You live life on the edge when you only have a 4gb card.

The digital version doesn't have the move minigames. Those were a separate thing only available from the main menu of the disc version, so they'd have to release those separately.

They come with MGS3 HD, so yes.

Interesting. Zombie Tycoon II is actually 964 MB, which is about 300 MBs higher than what it says on the PS Store.

Awesome update, ended up getting Sly 2, 3, and Thieves in Time.

On a side note, anyone ever have the store cause their system to freeze up while trying to download something? Was doing a download and waiting for the background download button to pop up, only to realize it was frozen and have to hard reset. My PS3 is barely 6 months old too...2nd time its happened this week

Wait, what "original" Metal Gears come with MGS3? And, also, does Zombie Tycoon work on the vita (it says its compatible w/ PSP)?

Metal Gear and Metal Gear 2 for the MSX come with MGS3 because they used the Subsistence version of that game for the HD remaster.

It's a Cross Buy game, so you get both the PS3 and Vita versions. I think that's just a typo.
They think a suitable alternative for NA PSN people is giving out codes on Twitter.
Just saw the post on the zen pinball homepage and the tables are on sale literally on every other platform but North America PSN. Since I am a sucker for being disappointed by Sony any chance this is a Plus freebie in May?

Definitely picking up PSABR, cross-buy of course, to play with my brother online. Then grabbing LittleBig Planet Vita and MGS HD Collection for Vita. Going to be stacked with games to play on my Vita, and have a 11 hour trip each way in June so I'm ready. :)

Purchased Pinball Arcade pack #11 but the new tables aren't showing up in my game. Anyone else have that problem?

EDIT: Okay I see what the problem is. Seems they put it on the PSN store but haven't put out the compatibility update for the new pack, at least not on PS3 don't know about the Vita version.

So if I buy PSABR for the ps3, I'll also get the cross buy ps vita too or no? I don't want to buy it for the ps3 & then finding it, it's not cross buy!

Crossed my mind. Seems possible that they may be on our PS+ schedule for the near future. Like I mentioned earlier, I'd really like to know what is holding them back from putting them on sale on US PSN. I don't see Zen Studios just saying "hey, let's exclude US PS3 users!"

This answer is in the OP. Yes.

I doubt it since the tables are all DLC, not an actual game, so they'd have to create a bundle first. They only offered ZP1 and Marvel Pinball on PS+ because those are actual games that come with tables.

Portable Ops video recorded. I tried to play past the tutorial and heavy story sequences as much as possible, though I got right up to the point where it's all about recruiting new soldiers.

I'm going to work on Zombie Tycoon II in a second.

I'm sure this has been asked already but if I get PS All-Stars on PS3 I'm getting the Vita version as well? It doesn't mention cross-buy in the description in the PS Store. I know about a month ago they had only the Vita version on sale and now this time they are both on sale and priced differently.

I'm definitely in if I get both for $19.xx.
LMAO@wkc2 dlc going free when they are going to close the server in 2 months
Aw, didnt realize the servers were going down. There goes ever getting those 2 Platinum's, I feel bad for those who have less than 2 months to get em.

Yes sir, buy the ps3 digital copy and get the bits copy as well. $2.xx price difference between bundle and vita copy, might as well get that! Also Sly4 ps3 copy grants Vita copy as well.

Ps: anyone have a spare 1 month ps+ code they could spare :(

What games do you guys think will replace the 3 one-year-long games in June? I'm thinking PSABR will definitely be one of them, since it has a decent amount of DLC. LBP Karting is another easy choice. The third game is hard to tell.

Apparently there's going to be a $250 250GB PS+ bundle out on June 11th according to a listing on Newegg that was promptly removed. There was another bundle with 2 games, but I don't remember what they were.

I don't really see that happening with how close this sale is to E3, when they'd be doing the big turnover.

If I had to put money down on it, I'd expect MotorStorm Apocalypse, Starhawk, and Uncharted 3: GOTY Edition.

Going by the notion that what's on sale right now wouldn't be up for the three highlight spots, there's not a ton left from Sony on there. What's left is Carnival Island, Hot Shots Golf: Out of Bounds Complete Collection, Ico/Shadow of the Colossus Collection, Jak & Daxter Collection, MAG, Medieval Moves: Deadmund's Quest, MLB 13: The Show, ModNation Racers, MotorStorm Apocalypse, PlayStation Move Heroes, SOCOM: US Navy Seals Confrontation, Sorcery, Sports Champions, Sports Champions 2, Starhawk, Uncharted: Drake's Fortune, Uncharted 2: Among Thieves GOTY, Uncharted 3: Drake's Deception GOTY, and Warhawk.

It's safe to say that the Move titles won't be a highlight title and I'd rule out the collections, as well. MLB 13: The Show is too new and MAG, Warhawk, and the first two Uncharted games are probably too old. Starhawk and MotorStorm Apocalypse are fairly recent under-the-radar titles with Uncharted 3 being the blockbuster of the group.

Of course, if I include the titles on sale right now, I could see LBP Karting getting a spot over maybe MotorStorm Apocalypse.

Nice sales on the Metal Gear games. Hopefully this brings some new blood to Peace Walker on the PS3. Unfortunately, Versus Ops is now the closest to a Metal Gear Online that we have.

Going from MGO to Versus Ops is like going from MGS4 to MGS1. I miss that game so much.....

found the Soul Sacrifice in my spam folder, so check it.

If I don't have enough space, my Vita has frozen sometimes when I try to download something. If I have plenty of space, it's always worked just find.

Is Portable Ops+ a necessity if you get Portable Ops? From what people are saying, it's just an expansion of the multiplayer?
Is Portable Ops+ a necessity if you get Portable Ops? From what people are saying, it's just an expansion of the multiplayer?
Metal Gear Solid®: Portable Ops Plus is a standalone addition to the 2006 award winning stealth action title of the same name. Focusing on a portable multiplayer experience, players will be able to enjoy more maps, more missions, and recruit a talented crew of war heroes for battling real opponents in online arenas.

Here's something to consider for everyone thinking about this... the cross buy logo on the box is ACTUALLY part of the box art. This isn't going to be a limited time offer, this won't be removed during discounts, etc. Not till Sony says otherwise, just assume it will work.
I know this has been asked and I know its been answered but i cant find it and it doesnt say on the store but if i got Battle Royal for PS3 does it come with the vita version?
Truer words have yet to be spoken. I still feel like I'm having withdrawals from not being able to play MGO. You're right, Peace Walker's Versus Ops is no substitute -- the maps are horribly small, the weapons are lacking, and the CQC is weak. There was never quite a game like MGO, and I fear there never will be again. I'm hoping the next iteration of MGO, if it ever gets released, preserves much from its predecessor.
