Congrats getting 10,000 trophies is no easy task, I stopped trophy hunting a few months ago when my PS3 died taking all of my game saves along with it. I got a new PS3 but starting from scratch is kinda of daunting especially after I was maybe a trophy or two away from getting a platinum trophy in few games.

You wouldn't have to start from scratch, just use the same account name and sync your trophies.

Except where he said he lost his saves. I'm willing to bet the trophies he'd be missing are grindy or time consuming, hence why he didn't just get them the first time around. So he probably would have to start from scratch on any games that he lost those saves on.

I think we should all blame Frisky for not warning us in every one of his posts not to get too hyped for the big fat one. And how dare someone PM that poor gent to go buy a psn card. This day, before the gluttonous sale, shall forever be a day of sadness now. Only to be surpassed by the next tale of woe...probably sometime tomorrow.
 
Wanted to get some $20 PSN cards for when MGR goes on sale tomorrow but it appears that Gamestop.com is sold out. Looks like I'll need to make a trip to the store tomorrow, but worth it so I can use some trade credit.

Edit: It looks like Best Buy is having a random sale on PSN cards, I'm sure it's part of the memorial day sales going on but haven't seen it posted anywhere. $9.50 for a $10 card, $18.50 for a $20 card, and $45 for a $50 card. Not bad prolly gonna have to place an order for in-store pickup.

I'm not starting over from scratch on a new account, I still have my trophies but captain is right I lost all of my saves when I was close to a platinum on a few of them and yeah a couple of them are grindy, Skyrim especially I only needed to complete some of the Thieves Guild missions and I could of had the platinum, no way I'm going to do those again on a new save game. Time to move on and work on the ol' backlog, still have to play the free games I got from ps+, I believe I've only finished a couple of them so far.
 
So I downloaded the Pinball Arcade demo tonight in anticipation of tomorrow's update, and when I was checking out some of the tables it mentioned a Season 1 Table bundle that included like 18ish tables. It didn't list any price in the game and the store doesn't have anything listed. When I try to purchase it (to see the price), it only shows the full game unlock in the cart.

Anyone with the full game already know how much this season 1 bundle is? A Google search proved less than useful.

It was Aliens. But it's cool that they are doing a bundle for it the "Season 1" tables. If it saves me some money I will buy it.

I didn't knew Resident Evil Revelation was a midnight release for the PSN but it's available to download. I pre-ordered it before hand if it affects it. 12GB.

I'd be cautious of doing in-store pickup for PSN cards at BB, I did that and they weren't activated, so I had to drive back to the store and get new ones.

I always make sure they activate any card I purchase via in-store pickup before I leave the store.

I loved it on 3DS. Destructoid said its a competent port even though its obvious it was designed for a handheld. Since I already played it, I wouldn't get it personally for more than $15+ but I might Redbox it to see it on the big screen.

As for that Pinball Arcade pack, it would be awesome if they released it with a PS+ discount. I think I'd break down and buy it, I don't really enjoy pinball all that much, but being able to boot it up on Vita whenever I feel like it has been really enjoyable.

I'm fired up to see what the season pass is too. Seems there was a brief mention of it in some news posting awhile back, but I can't find anything.

All the packs mentioned in the screen I posted would run $50 if bought separately, so I'm guessing a season pack would be $40-45. A PS+ discount on top of that would surely be the bee's pajamas.

i enjoy Super Stardust for the game itself. Don't care about the trophies, though i have 100%. Don't care about the scores, though i have high ones.

Pinball is the same way. It's just fun.
 
I'll have to admit, was impressed by the new xbox reveal. Will be interesting to watch sony and microsoft duke it out at E3. Unfortunately I wont be able to get either new console because of the large sum of money I just spent on my gaming pc haha. Which makes me sad because I love both ps3 and xbox exclusives.

Oh well, here's to cross-platform releases! :) At the very least I have a die hard sony friend and a die hard microsoft friend I can play the exclusives on if I can tear them away from it haha.

EDIT: Although the name Xbox One is really freaking lame haha.

Cool. I just ordered 3x $50 PSN cards @ Best Buy to be picked up tomorrow.

Otherwise, I would use my Playstation Card to buy the DLC and panic. :lol:

Wow! Congrats. Just out of curiosity how long did that take?

I know this is the PSN thread for digital deals but with all of my digital purchases and "freebies" I have yet to fill the game slot on my Vita. I have a $20 Amazon game credit that is burning a hole in my pocket and would make Persona 4 Golden $9.99 right now. Good choice? Better choices?

If you could put one non-PSN+ game with lots of replay value in that slot what would it be?
