How big is the Pinball basic season 1 file size? I'm interested in getting it but I have to manage my 32gb card pretty tightly these days.
This is a really good game although I recommend you guys to watch the movie before playing the game.
I agree with this. I had ALOT of fun with this game back when it first came out. The game acts as kind of a prequel for you to get to know the characters, then leads into the movie stuff. 100 percent see the movie first. It's a great movie. Some cheesy acting, but nothing too awful.

I've played a couple of stages of Men's Room Mayhem and it's a good Flight Control clone with an interesting setting. The main difference is that there are more steps to completing a successful run, as you need to direct them to a urinal or toilet based on their needs, then the sink and/or door depending on your desire for the most bonus points. It also has a Jetpack Joyride-style challenge system where it gives you three challenges at a time to complete, which seems to build up to some sort of medal system that I haven't completed yet. There are no upgrades/purchases that I can see, so it leans more heavily on the Flight Control aspects than the Jetpack Joyride aspects.

its a good game but you have to always end the game and restart to get new missions
How's the Vita version of Pinball Arcade? Thinking of picking that up with the Pro Pack.
It's all over the place. The first four tables are very, very good. Since then, the quality has dropped significantly with some tables being completely unplayable.
Suprised to see no one talking about Ratchet and Clank FFA and Deadlocked finally being released. FFA is finally on VITA. :D
Also holy crap, what the hell was the point of delaying Ratchet and Clank FFA when the game seems to be glitchy as hell
I went to buy Ratchet FFA from gamefly for $13, took a look at a few reviews and decided it wasn't worth sullying the Ratchet game series by playing this game. Don't know why it was made.
I thought the game was good on PS3, though I only played single player since back in February or so I couldn't find an online game, competitive or co-op.

The Vita version definitely seems like a downgraded version after having played through the entire game on PS3. I only played through the 1st level last night, and there was a lot of slow down once the action picked-up, so I wonder the later levels like the snow storm one with tons of enemies will even be playable.

Haven't tried online on the Vita yet, anyone know if the online is currently active? How's it play?

Only hard part of hard mode.
Wow, Javier Jaguar is a fuckin bitch on hard. Totally unrelated to everything, just felt like whining.
There are some pretty good videos online showing various strategies to beating him on hard.

I think Zen Pinball has ruined me for Pinball Arcade. I appreciate the more accurate representation of real world pinball machines, but I'm finding the gameplay well...kinda boring. Playing on PS3, not vita, not sure if that makes any difference.

I forgot what people were saying during the time debate, but my Hard playthrough of Guacamelee was just over four hours and that was collecting most of the chests.

I like how the credits were different based on what ending you got. I also think I preferred the "bad" ending.

Oh, and anyone who uses the Hard Mode glitch because "it's just more of the same" or "the only hard part is the platforming" or whatever is full of shit. Hard mode was significantly harder than normal mode.

I used it. I just didn't feel like playing through the game again right away.

I do not like Germinator at all.

Actually, I guess it's all right. Getting three stars on every level is going to be a major pain in the ass and I hate how there's no restart level option after beating the level. You have to exit to level select, wait for it to load, go back to the level you were on, and then start again.

Didnt realize there was a glitch. I completed 100% both times. It wasnt really THAT hard, Javier was annoying because of his shields, especially that triple/quadruple white one. Other than that I can't think of any part I got stuck at aside from the battle series in the mines.

The final boss was easy, especially if you werent going for the melee only trophy.

If I recall correctly... people were calling a 6 hour cycle too fast, especially when I noted I found everything at that point. I also said the game is harder than a 2 out of 10 like "trophy hunters" claim, as the game wasn't that bad, but a 2 is just absurd (which people also disagreed with). Anyway, never heard of this glitch, but I won't blame anyone that does it. That second playthrough can be pretty boring.

The second playthrough isn't very long at all though as you're rushing through it and pretty much know what to expect, especially as far as the platforming goes. The combat is significantly harder though, so that's why I blame people who use it. If they were to use the glitch for a normal playthrough and play the harder one, then fine, I can tolerate that.

I'd say the platinum difficulty is probably a four.
Now see them...
Eww...there went my interest in that game lol. I don't care much about graphics, but I atleast like them non blurry haha.

And all this guacamelee talk is making me regret not getting it on sale. I've been itching for a metroidvania style game for awhile now. Guess I'll just curb that itch for now or try SOTN on my vita for the first time.

Free Pinball Arcade is awesome. They are also offering a discounted Season 1 pack. Not sure if that's up yet or not. I'm going to switch from Xbox with all the publishing issues there. Which I blame fully on Microsoft, not Farsight. Thus the discounted season pack is perfect! EDIT: ah, I see that it's in the OP. Nice!

Can someone help me find how to buy NFL Sunday Ticket for PS3? It supposed to be $149.99 now on the PS3

http://us.playstation.com/psn/nfl/

But I can't find it in the PS3 Store or in the online store. I'd buy it today taking advantage of those $5 off $50 PSN cards at Best Buy deal and get the season for $135 out of pocket, but I don't want to purchase it until I know I can really do it.

They don't sell subscriptions when the season is over.

It says "Go to the PlayStation® Store on your PS3™ and find NFL Sunday Ticket in the Media/Apps Category. You’ll also find it available in the My Channels section under the TV/Video Services column on the XMB (Cross Media Bar)." So it's not in the media/apps category?

Yea Germinator really bothers me, glad it was free so I got to know I really hate everything about it from the art style to the sense of sadness when you pass a level but "only" get 1 star

If you have other good games to play and can wait, I can see Guacamelee being free or at least discounted again. Seems like most PSN games with discounts day 1 are free or discounted again. Complete guess here of course.
I agree, played for 10 mins and didn't like anything to go back but ill give it another 10 and see if it holds my interest.
I'm enjoying it for the special abilities mostly. Ads a nice strategic element.

Has it been made clear whether or not the season pack is a temporary price of if that's just the regular price of the season pack? I'm sure I'll buy it either way, but my psn wallet is quite empty and I'd like to pick up one more discounted $50 card to cover it from bby shipped.

Thanks for the insight. I'll just wait for another sale or being free down the road then. Time for a nostalgia trip with SOTN on the go then.

Word round the campfire is that with the new partnership between the NFL and Xbox One, PS3 Sunday Ticket access will be no more.

If you're looking for cheap Sunday Ticket though, Amazon has an anniversary edition of the new Madden for $100 that gives you a code for free Sunday Ticket on PCs, tablets, & mobile devices with no DirectTV subscription necessary. Details in this thread:

It's the normal price of that bundle.

Anything you paid for is your's to keep, though you'd lose Pinball Arcade and would have to buy it.

You would need to buy Pinball Arcade before you could play it.

Question: my wife really loved super bust a move growing up and I wanted to know if there's any similar games we can play together on psn?
Epic Mickey 2 coming to vita next month

I'm hoping the touch controls can iron out some of the problems that the PS3 and 360 versions of Epic Mickey 2 had.

Wasn't someone just saying that Germinator was similar to Bust a move? It's this week's PS+ freebie so you're in luck if that's the case.
