PSP gamesharing?

Does anyone know if PSP games are shareable on the Playstation network?
If so, maybe we can start gameshare groups just for PSP games, especially with the PSPgo released and a lot of high profile games already out.

I think the activation thing you have to do after installing prohibits game sharing PSP games, but I might be totally wrong there.
