I bought a new PSP system off of Ebay last month.
Asking for $110 shipped which I think is extremely fair (120 used on gamestop). It's been used less than a month (probably about 10 hours total use), has 0 scratches and has all the original packaging.

I won it with the Microsoft Live promotion bringing my total to 127. It is a 4.01 firmware, has not been updated. I don't know if it is compatible with the "pandora" battery. My research indicates it is most likely not.
I wanted the Silver edition PSP so I bought this:
