Great find, OP; thanks for the info! I've been waiting for S2 for Psych to go on sale for a while now, and it looks like my waiting finally paid off.

Target B&M has Psych S1 or S2 for $19.99 each. Stock isn't always available, though. Sometimes you'll only find S1&2 bundled for $39.99.
