Public Administration & Film: Any Recommendations?

I'm currently working on a dissertation that will focus on the connections between public administration and film. One of the the chapters will focus on the Stieg Larsson films, but I was wondering does anyone have any other recommendations? I mean there are some that are obvious, but either because of the quality of the work or the amount of administrative issues, I'm looking for suggestions. I'm looking to stick with films, but other mediums may be used too.
