it's a shame that this will not have online features, my one complaint about puzzle quest. nevertheless, i'm hyped about this game.

They didn't change anything, this is a different game. You are thinking of the futuristic Puzzle Quest : Galactrix

they also have a third puzzle hybrid game, Neopets Puzzle Adventure, based on the neopet virtual pet thing. /
