If I preorder a game on Amazon does it charge me immediately or when the game ships?

Also, if I preorder using Prime with free two-day shipping and I no longer have Prime when the game ships will I still get free two-day shipping?

you get charged when it ships. It will still ship free two day even if your Prime runs out before it ships.
 
It will charge you when the game ships.

And as far as Prime goes, as long as you have Prime when you pre-order it, I believe it will still ship with free two-day even if Prime has already expired.

Ok... So here is a hard one... I preordered L4D2 and I got a $10 coupon off my next VG purchase. I have no idea when that expires...

So first, How do I find it the Coupon and its expiration date?

Second, hypothetically, if it expires on 12/31, can I use it to preorder something that will be released in March?
