Question about buying Resident Evil 5 - Gold Edition used for PS3.

My friend is offering to sell me his

copy of RE5 Gold for $20. I was planning on getting a new copy if/when the price eventually drops, but this seems like a very good deal. I was just curious as to whether there was any difference between getting a new or a used copy. Is there any DLC that I might be missing by buying my friend's copy?

On the PS3 version, all the DLC is on the disc.

On the 360 version though, it comes with a code to download all of the DLC.
