Question about profile

So, I see other users that post in the forums and such have a profile pic, as well as stats underneath showing their join date, Xbox Live Gamertag and such. I've searched everywhere and cannot find an option to enter this info or put in a profile pic.

Click on User CP at the top of any forum page. Then choose Edit Profile or Edit Avatar on the left-hand side of the page.
