Question about Ridge Racer...maybe someone can help...

Is there a way to unlock the Pac-Man mini game to play anytime? I am trying to get the 15,000 score achievement but everytime I complete the first board it starts the game up. Do you have to do it at the very beginning and if so how can you get that high on the one board? Thanks.

Edit - Does anyone also have a complete list of online won cars?

There's a race in World Xplorer that you have to beat to unlock pacman, IIRC.
