Question about Starcraft USB

So I realized yesterday I have no use for the Starcraft + Brood War expansion I received on my Starcraft 2 usb drive from the collectors edition. I moved the files from the usb drive to a folder on my desktop. My question is would I be able to sell the game and then send the buyer the files via email? Would the game install fine for them and work ok?
 
Did you use the keys that it came with? My SC copies didnt register to me until i entered the key on the USB. I do not believed they are tied to the collectors edition in any way, just regular CD keys.
 
Looks to be that I can install it. I researched it and when you begin the installer it shows the cd key. So all I would have to do is send the buyer those files. Although it's over 1gb in files so how would that be best sent? I was thinking dropbox.
