Question about XBLA games on my hard drive....

If I sell my HDD and get another one in a few months would I be able to play the games ive bought, or would I have to buy them all again?

I believe you'll be able to redownload them if you use the same gamertag, but anyone else with a different gamertag on the same system wont be able to play them because it's not the same hard drive.
