CAGiversary!
I am located in New Jersey, and have been a collector of Jack Daniel's Tennesee Whisky for some time now. I am almost 22, but I cannot find a away to get down there. I was wondering if there is someone down there who may be able to purchase a container of it and ship it to me? All of the Jack Daniel's here is bottled in Northeastern PA under liscensing rights. I have paypal! If this is innapropriate, I apologize. Thanks!

I don't think it's legal for citizens to ship alcohol across state borders. (Note I am not including companies.)

But I could be wildly wrong about that.

I know it is illegal in NY, NJ, and Arkansas. The rest of the country is okay, as log as it is under 160 proof

How can you not find Jack Daniels? It is one of the best selling Whiskeys, if not the best. I know its available everywhere in NY.

It wouldn't be Tennessee Whiskey if it was made in PA. I don't know where you heard this.

And USPS, UPS, and FedEx won't ship alcohol. Of course that only if they know what it is.
[quote name='USPS.com'] 11.7 Intoxicating Liquor

A potable beverage is nonmailable if it is of 0.5% or more alcoholic content by weight, which is taxable under Chapter 51, Internal Revenue Service Code. The product may be mailed if it conforms to applicable requirements of the Internal Revenue Service and Food and Drug Administration and is not an alcoholic beverage, poisonous, or flammable. And trading/selling/buying age prohibited items (porn, alcohol, cigs) is not allowed on CAG.
