A buddy of mine I know was really interested in preordering RE: Operation Raccoon City from Newegg when it came up. But the poor fellow is having heart surgery this morning and I don't think I'll be able to be in contact with him, nor does he have a computer in the hospital so it'd be kind of moot even if he were awake. But, I was thinking I'd make an account for him and order the game. The only piece of information I'm missing, though, would be the credit card information. I was hoping I'd place mine down and then switch them later when he's up to it.
So, tl;dr: does newegg charge the credit card right away for preorders or does it wait until it's shipped?
