Quick question about Oblivion

Hey guys, I just bought a used copy of Oblivion from a cd shop for $7 (woo go me!)

anyway, the game plays fine, but seems louder than usual in the 360. Is this my copy or is this just a slowly loading, loud game?

The Oblivion disk spins a lot (maybe even constantly, It's been a long time since I've played it), so it will most likely be louder then other games.
