Quick Question: Anyone use Amazon Payments instead of Paypal?

I'm going to be selling a new 3DS to a someone on a different forum before the end of the week. I was looking to avoid the 3% fee, (or whatever it is that Paypal takes these days.) and I've noticed Amazon's alternative.

Looks like they don't charge fees on simple money transactions, is this true?
