radeon x1600 pro at best buy

youll probably find a better deal online at newegg especially the OEM versions

plus dont be suckered into the 512mb video memory stuff, the most youll ever need on a x1600 is 256mb
 
Actually even the x1600s on neweggs are still over $175. So if you're willing to deal with the crowds for a low-midrange graphics card, this would be your best deal. Circuit City has the 7600 gt for the same price I believe, but it's with a mail in rebate and I don't count those.
 
I'd go for the 7600GT at Circuit City. It's a much better card overall than the X1600 and you're not paying things you won't need (like the memory).
