brain age 1 or 2 9.99 each

indiana jones 14.99

hot shots golf open tee 2 psp 14.99

god of war 2 24.99 psp

in store only .... check locally and they had 1 copy of hot shots golf left but already own it.

they said they could get the 2 pokemon games transfer to my local place by friday but i doubt they show ..

Even better if you have the entertainment 2008 rewards book cause there is a coupon for 10 off when you spend 40

so you could pick up both pokemon games for 30

yea it was in the weekly ad (well 2 weeks the ad seems to be) wasnt in my paper, just noticed them when i was in the mall today..

tempted to try to get Best buy to match the Pokemon games , but our local Blockbuster has dropped those games to 24.99 new so i got to wonder if its going to be a price drop....

Yeah, I just saw it on their website. Do you think you can update the original post that the prices are only good between 8/24 and 9/6?

Also, there are some other deals you forgot to list...

MGS4 - $49.99
Soul Calibur 4 - $49.99
Lego Indiana Jones (360) - $34.99
Lego Indiana Jones (PS2) - $24.99
to clarify the op

god of war psp is chains of olympus not god of war 2 on the ps2
Yep, it's Chains of Olympus according to the ad. Great price for it. I'm thinking of getting it myself.

Too bad I know neither of the 2 Radio Shacks in my area do not stock any games =/ If your RS stocks games, is it a large selection or just a small corner?

At least go and get the paper. You can probably price match somewhere else.

The Radio Shacks around me have either one little section of the wall for games, or only half a section. Most of the time you can just go up and ask them and they'll check in the computer since the games are more than likely in the back anyway.

That's what I was thinking :applause:

Too bad one of the games I want isn't in-stock in a Sears near me.

They probably won't honor the coupon, considering they are already PMing it, but keep us posted.

Is that a Sears coupon? Or are you referring to the Radio Shack one?

thanks for linking. i just wanted to put the news out so people had a chance yesterday. i didnt have time to link everyting till now.

the copy of the 10 of 40 coupon. many RS will not take these. they will only take the REAL COUPON so dont be shocked if your shot down

and o well i was called up last night and was told im not getting any of my games.. The stores are not allowed to order these for shipping and they are not allowed to move the games from store to store.

hit walmart this morning and meijers and both refused to price match since it says WHILE THEY LAST

so good luck if anyone gets a pm. the POkemon games dont seem to be a great deal since blockbuster sells them for 25 and ebay you can get them NEW for around 20 as well

Thanks to the OP and to Z(+)DIAC. I'm going to stop by the local RS on my way home. They are showing stock of both Pokemon games.

I believe the coupon is in one of those "Entertainment Coupon Books". Should be able to stop by a local book store or grocery store and see what they have in-stock.

Brain age 2 for 10$ is a good price, a lot of my local stores are showing many of these games as in stock so check the store locator.

Scored God of War: CoO and HSG Open Tee 2 for $30 +tax w/ the $10 off coupon. Not a bad deal at all. 2nd nice deal at RS in the last couple weeks after getting the DualShock 3 for $35 using the same coupon.
Did you just present a print-out of the coupon or the actual coupon?
Yeah, I'm curious too. Thinking about getting the two Pokemon games...

You should be able to flip Lego Indiana Jones DS and Pokemon Mystery Dungeon for 1.4 each. Brain Age is a .99 flip, not a profit but it'll push the other three (Pokemon can count as two if you get one of each) up another ten percent using their current trade-in deal.

I'm going to go pick up Tales of Vesperia tomorrow or the day after, so I'll probably toss a couple of the BBV stuff I got from the B1G1 sale and flip five for +40% each. It should pay off Vesperia completely and leave me with $40 or so in GS credit still, for about $80 cash down.

Some of these might be worth enduring a visit to RS. Last time I went to a RS to look for closeouts and project ideas I had to endure a clerk following me around the store offering to help and providing commentary on everything I touched.

In fact, I've found that I'm greeted more aggressively at the door of a RS than I have been at the used car lots around here.

Does RS have a bad habit of gutting games like GS does? I have never bought a game from RS before but saw their opened copies on display.

I have to agree with this. RS employees don't know how to just "leave you alone". Sheesh!

Thanks guys. I picked up Brain Age, Brain Age2, and Indiana Jones.

I left before I saw the coupon though, so I might try to go back and price adjust.

@eau:

No those are just for display purposes only. You can understand why... Video games are not sealed like electronics, thank god.

Thanks OP and Z(+)DIAC. Brain Age for $11? Yahoo.

Awesome prices on the Pokemon games..
I might take the ad to CC and 110% pricematch..since I'd want both games (for me and bf) both games for $36 = win.

Thanks OP and Z(+)DIAC (for the links).

Will try coupon scan on GoW and Lego Indy DS. Only 1 RS has both in-stock in my area. I would still need a filler (.02 short). Does RS sell gum?

Also, I think Walgreen's sells the Entertainment coupon book (I don't think their free).

Thanks OP. Was buying a new DS Lite for my lady today, so hit two Radio Shacks and nabbed Brain Age and Mario Kart DS for her, plus Brain Age 2 for the both of us (I played the first one already). Also God of War: COO for me!

local place said they will have my games in weds or thursday. not sure if i want them or not now LOL

Love to be able to dump off one of the two pokemon games for 20 what would mean i get the other one for 10

seems Eb gives 20 for the Pokemon games... very tempted now

30 bucks for pokemon darkness + 20 buck eb credit
The coupon's a two-pager. Are you guys just printing out the back side with the barcode?
Do double sided printing and it will look more authentic.

Picked up both pokemon games and a clearanced DS lite charger (docking stand that may light up; I dunno, it was $1.47 and I needed a filler). Total was like $31.46 + tax.

For those looking for the "real" coupons, I did find them at Walgreen's. It is white at the top and it says National Edition entertainment membership, then below that is is redish and it says in large baby blue, shadowed, lettering "the BIG COUPON BOOK". It does have a lot of stuff in it. The stupid book did not ring up in the computer, so the manager manually adjusted it to $5 (the back of the book showed $15, and the front had a sticker that said $10 off). I bought it as a backup in case the printed out coupon didn't work (fortunately it did). I may return them or keep them for an upcoming road trip; there are some pretty good coupons in there.

RS shot down my printed out coupon. The real ones are apparently right out of the book and glossy. The employees had seen them before.

Also, I'm new to Pokemon games and such. Which of the two basically identical 'mystery' games are you guys buying? I'm a little confused why there are two games at all but was thinking of picking one up for my nephew to play while I babysit.

They're basically identical. Just pick the one with the cover art you like better. I think they have each have a couple different Pokemon that are unavailable in other version, but nothing major.

They've been doing this for a while, so people will buy both versions just to get that one rare Pokemon they wanted. My kid brother has a bunch of friends who actually fall for this scheme.

I bought both Pokemon mystery dungeon games total was $39.98, so I needed a filler for the $10 off coupon $40, so he suggested batteries, sure....$7 fucken dollar batteries for 4!!!!!!....total $38...

i miss the days when they used to have single batt. for 49 cents

what does your recept say

if it says

Pokemon 20
Pokemon 20
battery 7
discount 10
total 38

I would try to return the battery

Decided to pickup Hot Shots Golf 2 for the PSP.

Also note, looks like GTA IV for 360 at the store I stopped at was $34.99. Obviously YMMV. It was in Centreville, VA
