Play Asia has the Asian "Region Free" (same as US) version for $49.90 + $3.10 shipping, and there is the "$5 of $50 Play-Asia coupon" thread/deal in the forum. Buy a cheap item to $50+ then add the coupon.

I have seen it used at Gamestop i believe for about $40.

BestBuy.com had it for $40, a couple of weeks ago, "on sale". And I expect it go on sale again after the new map pack release on April 17-18.
