Random Mii's?

I got my first Wii friend yesterday and unless my roomates messed with something I have two random Mii's in my Plaza now. Is that normal for them to just show up in my Plaza with out taking them out of a Parade?

Yea its normal. Someone is persoannly sending them to you. Once you open your Mii Friends Channel they show them falling in.
