I have two general questions about them ...
I have preordered the PS3 Blazblue Fighting Stick and chose to ship it Fedex. I received the confirmation order and all that and now my order update changed to Waiting For Payment (the payment confirmation timed out when I placed the order, but I put my credit card information in).
1.) Am I gonna be charged twice if I put this information in again?
2.) Is my credit card gonna be charged when I confirm the payment or when the order itself ships?
