Rare valueable Ps1,Snes,and Sega Genesis

I'm not quite sure what you're asking or saying (use punctuation please and make complete sentences) but I'll give it a shot.
Most likely you're not going to find any rare, valuable games at a local game shop with this type of promotion. They usually know the value of their games and would much rather sell them on Ebay or Amazon then let their customers get them for half off. You're better off checking pawn shops, thrift stores, and tag/yard sales for decent deals on rarer games.
