wow, pretty good deal... i'd be a little weary though... only a 60 day warranty, if you get a RROD I'm not sure if the M$ 3 year warranty would kick in or not...

plus you don't get the 2 "free games" if you figure the games are 30 bucks each...(and you want them) your only saving 40 bucks, I think its worth it to pay 40 bucks and get a full year warranty plus 2 years more against the RROD.

just my 2 cents, still a good find though! and geeks.com is a great site, I've ordered from them several times.
