Well it finally happened. My roomate broke a wrist strap on a Remote. I was wondering where to look on nintendo's web site to buy or even better have them replace the thing.

Under the contact section, call their 800 number.

You can also use their online store to buy a replacement in the parts section for the Wii.
 
Called the N and they took down a report about the breaking, and said they would send me an e-mail about the proper way to use the wrist strap and remote, haha. They are sending me one for free to get to me in 4 to 10 business days, I just hope it is one of the newer beefy ones.
