request, need someone to help me with something

i need an account with rapidshare. the cost is 79 euro which i believe is about 95 and some change~96 usd. the problem is i don't own a credit card and i'm wondering if anyone can open an account for me and i can pay them the total that i own them including the service fee for using paypal or the other one (don't remember what it was) in money order(us postal money order).
