Request: TV Tuner Deals

Are there any good deals on TV Tuners? and which ones are good?
I prefer external but if it's way better to have it internal, then I'm gonna get an internal one. I'm a complete newb when it's TV Tuners, so please enlighten me.

I have 3 or 4 tuners. I have one in my all in wonder, I have one in my old school geforce card, ive had an ati usb TV Wonder, and I have a hauppage 150 in my media center. From my personal experience the hauppage 150 owns the others in terms of picture quality. They can be had for around 50 bucks if you look hard enough, so I'd suggest one of those. It's not that the others did a bad job, its just that the hauppage looks better.
