Resident Evil 5 360/PS3 $48 at Wal-Mart

I noticed this last night at Wal-Mart in Lincoln, NE. Both versions had been dropped to $48, which even after tax is cheaper than Newegg or Amazon.

This may have already been talked about, but I'm not sure why it's not that price online, but only in-store.

I think it's YMMV (called all my stores in ATL and they are $59.96. Not sure if they were scanned). If this is true, I guess they are needing to get rid of the 4 million units they shipped out on launch. Note to Capcom: 4 million demo downloads do not equate to actual sales.

Agreed, Walmart near my house on Hwy 29 in Tucker, GA is selling it for $59.96. Definitely YMMV. To the OP, you should edit your thread title as such.

Might be local price matching going on in your market. I see this at BB more often but it is very YMMV.
