Resident Evil Outbreak 1 & 2

Are the differences in these two games major or minor? It's been my understanding that 2 was basically an attempt by Capcom to fix the problems with the first game.

I'd get them both but only because I enjoy playing RE online, but if pressed and didn't want to spend to much go with the second. It has shooting while moving while not huge thing it does have an impact on gameplay.

File 2 also has slightly reduced load times...so unless you have the HDD that makes OB2 slightly better...

Thanks for the info guys. Since I'm pretty much a hardcore Resident Evil fan I went ahead and got both of them.
