resurrect expired ps3 dlc code?

i have a gt5 preorder bonus dlc card code from bestbuy. i forgot to redeem it and when i tried yesterday, it says invalid or expired.

Does anyone have any experience calling Sony PSN customer service about expired dlc codes? Will it be possible for me to still redeem it if they find that the code hasn't been used?

The pre-order code should have an expiration date on it somewhere, so you should check it to see if it works or not by the date. Assuming the date doesn't show it to be expired, you can talk with Sony PSN customer service and see what they can do for you.

I just redeemed my Amazon pre-order code for GT5 less than a week ago, so unless it was this week they expired, it may be an issue just with your code.
