Rhythm Heaven (re-)confirmed for US release(?)

I was browsing around Nintendo's game page when I noticed something interesting.

I'm personally hoping it has a different song list than the original Japanese version so I have an excuse to buy it again, haha.
Still no release date but it seems to be a sure thing if it's on Nintendo's game page!
